Department Officer Rex Qualls "busts"
a move with the kids while they're
waiting in line at the Soda Fountain on
Monday.
I don't think Rex knew the crowd
across the street was watching, but he
had a good applause when he finished.
The kids had a good time and everyone
got a laugh. Honestly this is one of the
reasons I hide behind the camera... :D
