with huge happines and gratitude for 20 years of cooperation,

we would like to present our new NOVUM

catalogue - a reflection and image of our passion,

commitment and everyday`s work.

Following the general technological development in the world

and having considered your suggestions and requirements, we

have given our play equipment a totally new design.

The roofs, safety panels, entrances slides and platforms have

been changed for more ergonomical, colorful and also easy

to assemble. Our portfolio has also been increased with

130 novelties amongst which you will find new line of mini

climbing trails, playgrounds for dogs and streetworkout

equipment for professional calisthenics training. We have also

designed and presented new products for children in 0-3 age.

Invariably the safety of youngest users is our highest priority.

We have taken care that all our equipment is designed and

built according to latest EU regulations on play equipment.

NOVUM MEANS RELIABILITY,

Plastic caps: Posts heads are protected with special

plastic caps, which eliminate moisture absorbtion.

Connectors: To connect metal and wooden

elements we use designed by us inserts which

are patent protected. Plastic connectors allow

to hide 10 mm wood screw.

Ropes: We use very

durable polypropylen

ropes with steel core,

total diameter 16-18mm,

combined together with steel

or plastic connectors.

Anchors: Structural components of the

equipment are placed on metal or concrete

anchors. This isolates wood from the ground

at height of about 10 cm, which perfectly

extends the life of wood.

Orbis

Quadro

Wood:

To produce our devices we use wood harvested with the use of forest management

system FSC. Glued wood in layers, grooved lengthwise protected with a special glaze.

In Orbis collection posts have a diameter 120 mm, in Quadro collection square posts

have a dimensions: 90 x 90 mm.

Metal

Steel: Bearing columns of all the devices in version Metal Plus are made of steel pipe

diameter 114 mm, which are sandblasted, hot-dip galvanized and powder coated.

QUALITY AND SAFETY!

Steel elements: Are all made of high

quality constructional steel, painted with

powder polyester paints, which make

them resistant to weather conditions.

Climbing walls stones:

Are made from high quality

organic resin.

Platforms: Fixed to a steel frame

platforms are made from anty-slip

plywood. Edges are protected with HDPE

boards.

Slides: Made of 19mm HDPE fixed to a steel frame

underneath the sliding slope. The slope itself is

made of stainless steel sheet. Slides are resistant to

vandalism and weather conditions.

Security panels and roofs:

Made of strong polyethylene plate. Does not swell, soak and crack. Are not

easy to burn.

Colours and texture of the materials may differ from those presented as a result of the technological process.

Action4kids

Modern, urban design of our A4K line is an important factor when it comes to the

choice for a play item for towns` squares and parks. Additional huge advantage is their

low maintenance cost. They are heavily resistant to vandalism due to thick and strong

constructional steel used for production of main parts. All security pannels and roofs are

made of 19mm HDPE boards which are difficult to cut and burn. Metal parts are hot-dip

galvanized and then, after special cleaining, powder painted. Ropes used for climbing

nets have a steel core, so it is almost impossible they tear and break. Sets will fit ideally

into urban architecture.

for obstacles lovers. Arched, spiral entrance,

platforms at different heights, ladder bridge and

a slide at the end are not easy to cross for youngest

users. They require quite a concentration. Apart from

All steel parts are made of carbon, structural

steel wich is processed. After cutting, cleaning,

mechanical bending, drilling and welding

steel is cleaned and phosphated in ultrasonic

cleaners.

WOOD

Wooden posts used in our Orbis System are made of

glue-laminated wood, which is turned cylindrically

to the dia. of 120 mm. Befor rounding each post is

glued out of at least 3 layers in a pneumatic press,

and then rolled and grooved. Four longitudinal cuts

milled along the outer surface of the pole prevent

wood from hard cracking. The whole gluing and

gooving process improves general resistance

characteristics.

WOOD

For the production of Orbis system we

use glued wood, turned with dia. 120

mm. Round wood is glued with at least 3

layers in pneumatic press, and then using

a specialized machine rolled individually

and grooved. Four ryfle are milled along

cicumference of each pole, to prevent

wood from cracking. The gluing process

enhances the mechanical properties.

Few words about wood quality:

We use only preselected wood gaind from certified with FSC suppliers.

- round, glue-laminated, longitudinally engraved with dia. 120mm;

- square, glue-laminated, longitudinally engraved with cross-section 90x90mm;

In order to protect our wood from destroying weather

conditons we treat each log with special oils.

Additionally all posts are covered with plastic caps

to protect the cut sides from rain water. All screws

connections are hidden in plastic caps to keep them

away from vandals.

Mini Climbing Trial – climbing stations for

young and old!

Mini Climbing Trial designed by Novum is a play system consisting of modular element such as

hurdles, bridges, ladders, moving logs, etc. All obstacles are fixed on a safe heihgt from the ground,

so no special harness must be used, unlike by all, professional climbing parks built up on the trees or

in the mountains. Equipment is designed for preschool- and school-aged children both for boys and

girls. Steel platforms are additionally equipped with an extra layer of anti-slip HDPE for more safty.

Posts are made either from dia. 140mm wood or dia. 140mm thick pipe. Ropes with steel core are

fixed with strong connectors. Complex modularity allows to build your very individual combination.

Your trail can be extended at any time!

Youngest users of our Mini Climbing Trials can learn how to balance and fight the fears

of crossing obstacles.

Equipment is available in two variants.

STEEL

Steel columns:

protected against rust by

galvanisation and powder painting

which is resistant to weather

conditions.

Wooden columns: pine, gluelaminated

wood protected with

special oils.

Platforms:

anti-slip HDPE on top; do not crack

What does street workout mean?

Street Workout

It is a physical activity which is

based on training with the use of your own

body weight. We call it „special activities”

training, which is based on gymnastic exercises

made outdoor in backyards or parks.

This form of physical development has already

been known in the antiquity and the special

activities were a part of an everyday training

which has been done by soldiers and gladiators.

Such training is becoming more and more

popular nowadays. The exercises are extremely

Kazuń street workout group

The founders of the group are Kuba Krysiak and Przemek Stryjek from

a town called Kazuń Polski. The Group was established in 2013. As

children Kuba and Przemek have tried several sports to finally decide that

Street Workout is going to be their passion.

In the beginning they have trained hard with

the use of self-made constructions. Later they

have continued with few more colleagues

and the activity has become more and more

popular among their society. Group has

grown up to 30 participants who exercise

every day on Novum`s first combo set built in

Cybulice.

Design & Construction of Wilanów Dog Park

On behalf of the British producer of pet food Butcher’s Pet Care and in

cooperation with the Capital City Quarter Wilanów in Warsaw we have

created a brand new park for dogs - Wilanów Dog Park.

1000 square meters area which is filled up with sand and quarel invites to

play with many attractions such as: slalom, path, balance beam, walkway,

tube, adjustable bars for jumping and ring hops.

The park is divided into two zones: for smaller and larger dogs, which can

play together.

Trees which we can find in the park provide relaxation in a friendly

environment and give cooling shade during the summer.
