Rosetone Event Furniture have been Manufacturing, Respraying and Hiring Banquet Chairs and

Event Furniture since 1987. We are a third generation family business established since 1987.

We pride ourselves on our service and quality, receiving the majority of our work from

recommendations and repeat orders.

Respray and Repair of Banquet Chairs, Hotels Chairs and Restaurant Chairs

Rosetone Event Furniture offer over six different levels of service, from just Respraying your

prepared Stacking Chairs to fully sanding and prepping them ourselves ready for receiving one

or two layers of lacquer. We Respray Furniture from as far as Denmark, Ireland, Switzerland and

even Lithuania. Our Customers return year after year, knowing the quality of preparation and

Respray will not be beaten elsewhere.

MANUFACTURING AND SOURCING

2-year Manufacturers Guarantee.

All Rosetone Chairs are brought in Raw. Sourced from Europe

and Asia

All our Chairs are manufactured with Beech Wood throughout

(not just the spindles).

We spray all our Chairs in-house in our Bedfordshire Factory.

All our materials are sourced in the UK.

We manufacture all our own Seat Pads in-house

Fire Retardant Foam and Italian Fabrics with Crib 5

Certificates supplied with each order.

We offer national and international delivery as well as a

collection service

RESPRAYS AND REPAIRS

BRONZE SERVICE

We will Respray your Chairs when they arrive with one coat of

Lacquer, giving you the opportunity of utilising your staff to Sand

and prep the chairs during your quiet period (do not sand

back to raw wood). All repairs are priced once the Chairs have

been inspected.

£4.20 plus VAT.

SILVER SERVICE

We will Light Sand (de-nib) your chairs prior to a Respray of

one coat of Lacquer – getting rid of any greasy areas and

allowing your Chairs to look good at any Venue. All repairs are

priced once the Chairs have been inspected.

£5.20 plus VAT.

GOLD SERVICE

This is the most popular Service and is recommended for Chairs

that are on hire more than 10 hires per Season and are

transported from site to site. We will mechanically Heavy Sand,

removing any flaky paint, and then give your chairs one coat of

Lacquer. Our Heavy Sand removes approximately one layer of

paint and does not improve the appearance of any visible

knocks or dents in the wood (we would recommend a Platinum

Service for this). All repairs are priced once the Chairs have

been inspected.

£6.20 plus VAT.

PLATINUM SERVICE

We will mechanically Heavy Sand your chairs prior to tightening

and carrying out any minor repairs and give one coat of Heavy

Primer (improving the appearance of the bumps and dents)

and two coats of Lacquer, sanding between each coat. This

Service is recommended for Chairs that require a lot of TLC

and also if you wish to change the colour of your Chairs. The

Chairs will be stacked 8-high and covered with a Rosetone

Chair Bag.

£12.70 plus VAT.

PLATINUM PLUS SERVICE

We will Strip your Chairs back to their Raw wood, Re-spray to

any colour (excluding Natural, Limewash and Stain finishes)

using two coats of Lacquer, tighten the Chairs and carry out

any repairs – effectively giving you back a fully New-looking

Chair, all bar any knocks and dents. The Service is specifically

recommended for Chairs that have more than 8+ layered coats

of Lacquer causing the Lacquer to crack in some areas of the

Chairs. The Chairs will be stacked 8-high and covered with a

free Rosetone Stacked Chair Cover. It is not possible to strip a

Chinese manufactured chair.

£15.70 plus VAT.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

SALE OF GOODS AGREEMENT

This Sale of Goods Agreement is made on 15th January 2016 by Rosetone Event Furniture [hereafter referred as the

Seller] and between UAB "Romdera" hereinafter referred as the Buyer].

Based on mutual covenants, negotiations and valuable consideration, The Parties have entered into the following:

Subject of the Agreement:

It is the obligation of the Seller to manufacture the goods of Chiavari Banquet Chairs (as detailed in the attached

Confirmation Order document 13244) [hereafter referred to as the Goods] to the Buyer and to transfer the property of

the Goods to the Buyer under the terms and conditions herein and the obligation of the Buyer to accept the collected

Goods from the Seller and to pay the agreed purchase price.

Sale of Goods:

The Buyer shall collect the Goods and pay Seller for the Goods the purchase price stipulated to the Seller at least four

weeks prior to collecting the Goods.

The title of the Goods shall pass to the Buyer immediately upon collection of the Goods to the Buyer’s carrier. Risk of

damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to the Buyer at the time of collection.

Purchase Price:

The Buyer shall pay the Seller the purchase price of the goods amounting to £8,560.00 [hereinafter referred to as the

Purchase Price].

The Purchase Price shall be due upon the invoice issued and sent by the Seller not later than 4 weeks before collection

of Goods by the Buyer. The invoice shall be payable not later than 7 days from the issue of the invoice by Seller.

The Purchase Price does not include any Transport costs or Packaging costs, if the Buyer should require any Packaging

for Palletization there will be an added charge of £15.00 per pallet.

If the Buyer fails to pay the purchase price, the Seller shall have the right to cancel this Agreement.

Product Liability:

The Seller shall be liable for any lack of conformity in Goods which exists at the time when the risk passes to the Buyer and

which occurs within 24 months from the date of collection of Goods by the Buyer’s carrier. The Seller declares that the

Goods during a period of 24 months from the date of collection by the Buyer’s carrier will remain fit for the purposes for

which the Goods would ordinarily be used or during this period will retain specified qualities [hereinafter referred to as the

Warranty Period]. The Warranty Value will not exceed the Purchase Price of the Goods.

7. Arbitration Clause:

Any claim, matter or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be decided by

arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1996. The Venue of Arbitration shall be London, England.
