his exciting business plan

quick due diligence and

consequently provided an

18-month term loan on

a first charge basis and

secured the deal for him,

allowing him to move

away from an inflexible

him problems.

We agreed to extend the

loan to further assist with

the refinance, supporting

the working capital of the

borrower to the point

of significant trading

improvement. Our loan

was repaid by way of

an equity buy-in by an

experienced investor.

The site was purchased

with the client’s own

been let down by a couple

‘postcode prejudice’

lending on the partially

completed scheme.

We jumped at the

opportunity to work on

such an exciting scheme,

acting quickly to put funds

in place so the development

programme was not

compromised. We delivered

an all-inclusive fee-free rate

and rolled up the interest.

This made all the difference,

ensuring the project got

going, the trades could be

paid and work continued

on site.
