Max Whitlock and with a reputation for being the finishing

school for many of our medal winning athletes, Lilleshall

National Sports and Conferencing Centre will put the

Triathletes Alistair and Jonny Brownlee

confirmed their status as sports stars in Rio

when they claimed gold and silver in a highly

convincing Olympic win.

The brothers are both graduates from the

University of Leeds along with Paralympian

swimmer Claire Cashmore, hand cycling 2012

silver medal winner Karen Darke and double

World Champion rower Grace Clough.

Situated at the heart of one of the

UK's most cosmopolitan cities, with

great transport links to the rest of the country,

the University of Leeds has a wide range of

meeting rooms which are available all year round

and can accommodate up to 120 delegates.

Outside of term-time, further facilities are

Team GB Hockey Team 2016

Loughborough University Campus enjoyed its most

successful Olympic Games with 17 athletes collecting

medals, 10 winning gold. Putting the pride into team-work

undoubtedly came when Team GB won gold in the women's

hockey, a first for Britain in this event.

The side included five Loughborough

alumnae, including Maddie Hinch who

played a starring role, saving every

penalty in the shootout that was

needed to clinch victory.

The 410 acre university campus offers

over 180 state-of-the-art exhibition,

meeting and conference facilities as well

as its world-class sports facilities, which

are also available to hire.

Situated across three main parts of the

campus, there's a combination of 100

meeting rooms and 80 lecture theatres,

ranging from contemporary classrooms,

spacious exhibition areas, large lecture

theatres and a multi-use purpose hall

What does your typical

week involve?

It can be quite random!

I'm predominately in a

different location every

day, stretching from

Scotland down to the

South coast.

One day I can be

catering/supplying a buffet

for our agency market, to

promote the Village brand

and share educational

updates. The next day I

can be suited and booted

in a corporate meeting.

What is the most

rewarding thing about

working within this

industry and what do

you love most about

your job?

The people! We have

some great people within

this industry who all work

well together - from the

hotel teams, the agent

and the end user.

I love growing the

synergy between the

three links of the chain.

I also love the variety of

my job and seeing a

happy end user.

working?

I am so varied! I like lots

of different things; travel

is a big thing, especially

international travel.

I also like going to the local

pub and seeing my family

and friends; they're very

important to me.
