FIRST CONSULTATION
• In the first consultation phase the client's individual ideas are in the center of attention. During the conversation with our
experienced sales consultants, the different options regarding design, technology, materials and customer experiences are
discussed and evaluated with the client.

PLANNING PHASE AND CREATION OF OFFER
The planning phase encompasses

The content of each planning phase will be
discussed, revised, individually adapted and
finally approved by the client. Once approval is
in place, an equipment offer will be submitted
or adapted, stating all relevant technical and
design details.

PRODUCTION
After signing of the offer, the project will be
handed over to the project manager, who will
be in charge of the project realisation.
The project management team then creates
the final production plans and coordinates
the production process equipment.
Our ISO certified plant in Croatia starts the
production process after receiving the client
approved production plans and initial down
payment.

Key benefits of MSWG equipment
HIGH ENERGY SAVINGS OF MORE THAN 40%
Given that a single cabin can consume up to 10kw/h of energy, we at MSWG have been seeking ways using
a combination of high quality materials and intelligent sensor technology to lower energy consumption.
In our latest cabins, this has allowed us to reduce energy costs by 40%, compared to peers, a saving which
on its own would repay the cost of the cabin within 7 years.
NO NEED FOR A PLANT ROOM
Space is often limited and at a premium. We have integrated technical items directly into the SPA cabin and
have incorporated all engineering into the outside walls. This leads to cost savings of € 5,000+ from not
having to construct this area and greater space for innovative guest experiences.
DURABILITY & LONGEVITY
For our equipment we choose only premium quality materials, perfect for intensive and continuous
operation. Our PU panels are significantly denser in structure than competitor PU panels. This results
in solidity of the cabin and long life. Furthermore, our panels have greater heat retention, are fireresistant
and completely insensitive to commercial cleaning fluids.

NATURALLY, WE GUARANTEE A HIGH LEVEL OF HYGIENE
For many years now we avoid using mosaic tiles in areas susceptible to bacterial growth. We create single
seats in steam baths with integrated drains so that, whilst guests can enjoy their own private space, no
water is gathered on seats and the smooth surface ensures no chance of bacterial build-up.
PLUG & PLAY SPA EQUIPMENT
Our precisely produced and pre-assembled modules are pre-packed at our European production enabling
safe shipment and easy and swift installation upon arrival on-site.

PRODUCTION
Once all components are ready, cabins are pre-assembled at the plant and checked for quality. Once approved, the cabins are
disassembled and packed carefully on pallets ready for transportation.

TRANSPORTATION
After the finalisation of the production process, the project manager organizes the transportation to the construction site.
The transportation is only executed by highly qualified and certified partners to guarantee a fast and safe delivery.
Naturally during this transportation all insurance is covered by MSWG until materials arrive onsite.

INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING
Prior to arrival onsite, the client will have ensured that the rooms are prepared ready for installation in accordance with our
technical drawings. This will include all utility connections (water, electricity, ventilation), preparation of the flooring
(including any sloping to drainage) and general tiling. Once everything is prepared, the installation team will starts assembly.
Our installation team consist of highly qualified carpenters, plumbers, electricians and tilers.

INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING
The duration of the installation depends on the project size and the number of equipment units. However, due to our
pre-fabricated products we are able to greatly minimise the installation period. For Bath, start to finish in 7 days.

AFTER-SALES SERVICES
• To assure longevity of the equipment we offer after-sales packages. These packages include maintenance as well as supply
of spare parts and refills. Maintenance includes quarterly, half-yearly and yearly service reviews for technical components
like steam generators, sauna stoves and injection devices.
• Movable parts have a 12 month warranty period.
• Many of our projects were installed over 15 years ago and are still functioning smoothly with little sign of wear and tear.
