Roaring Into A Culture of Health: Our Vision…Our Voice<br />

Welcome to MNA’s 105th Annual Convention! We are excited to have you join us as we go “Roaring<br />

Into A Culture of Health:” emphasizing “Our Vision” and lifting “Our Voice.” The Convention<br />

Planning Committee and the Provider Unit have ensured that topics are aligned with our theme and<br />

arranged a stellar lineup of dynamic presenters. Although every effort has been made to finalize rooms<br />

as well as presenters and their presentations, please note that all event locations, presenters, and/or<br />

presentations are subject to change. Refer to the Mobile App for the most current session information.<br />

Continuing Education (CEs)<br />

The Mississippi Nurses’ Association is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by<br />

the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Hours are awarded only<br />

for the session hours you attend. Contact hours to be awarded for each session will be posted as part<br />

of the session announcements listed in this section of the Mississippi Nurses’ Association <strong>20<strong>16</strong></strong> Annual<br />

Convention book and on the MNA Mobile App.<br />

There are no disclosures for any of these continuing education activities.<br />

To receive contact hours for a session, each attendee must:<br />

1. Attend the entire session.<br />

2. Scan your name badge at the beginning of each session.<br />

3. Complete the presentation evaluation on-line (available 72 hours after the conclusion of the<br />

conference – certificates can be printed 24 hours after completing the evaluation).<br />
