22. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS<br />

The Company leases a property containing its workshop and offices from a company ultimately beneficially owned by<br />

some directors and key management personnel of the Company. The details of this lease are contained in Note 18.<br />

These directors and key management personnel have interest in the related party company as follows:<br />

Timothy Burnett 34%<br />

Other key management personnel 4%<br />

The rental rate for the year was the market rental as assessed by a Certified Practicing Valuer on 1 January 2014 plus<br />

CPI adjustment. Rent paid during the year amounted to $642,785 (2015: $600,959).<br />
