Tai Chi and Chi Gong are ancient Chinese forms of exercise<br />

for everyone. Studies have shown that practicing<br />

Tai Chi and Chi Gong can help improve balance, reduce<br />

stress, relieve pain, lower blood pressure, stabilize bone<br />

density, slow aging, improve memory, and aid in physical<br />

therapy. The movements are slow flowing with deep<br />

breathing designed to generate positive energy for wellbeing.<br />

No experience is necessary.<br />

NEW Saturday morning league! Bocce is a popular team<br />

sport with an emphasis on FUN! Get together with old<br />

friends and make new ones in this social activity. Teams<br />

consist of 4 – 8 players and will play two games per week,<br />

three if time permits. Games are scheduled for Saturday<br />

mornings. Each team captain must submit a team roster<br />

and each team member must complete a registration<br />

form.<br />

maybe make some income with your new-found hobby!<br />
