Tastings 

Oil tasting in masseria 

Where > Fasano

Duration > half day (about 2 hours) 

Participants > min 2 

The tasting takes place in an old Apulian masseria, 

a place in which the historical agricultural vocation 

is combined with an authentic hospitality. 

The programme begins by visiting the masseria dating 

back to 1600 and then it continues by tasting three locally 

produced organic extra-virgin olive oils. A way to know 

this fundamental ingredient of the Apulian gastronomy, 

learn to read the label and discover its uses in the kitchen.

Wine tasting in itria valley

Primitivo is one of the excellence of the wine tradition 

in Puglia. In order to discover its secrets and its incredible 

qualities, we guide tourists to a famous wine cellar 

in Itria Valley, where they could visit the vineyards 

and taste three labels.

Cooking classes 

Cooking class in masseria 

Where > Monopoli 

When > every day. From 10:00 am to 3:00 pm 

Duration > about 5 hours 

Participants > min 2, max 10 

The cooking class takes place in an ancient fortified masseria 

dating back to XVI century. 

The products made will be tasted during the lunch. 

Then, you will prepare a traditional Apulian dessert that will 

delight when you get home. At the end of the experience, 

the participants will receive a gift as souvenir and the receipts 

of the dishes prepared. 

Dishes prepared during the lesson: 

• typical Apulian focaccia; 

• zucchini and aubergine parmigiana; 

• typical Apulian pasta with sauce; 

• traditional Apulian dessert.

Cooking class in trullo 

Where > Noci 



Only on Tuesday, full day (about 8 hours). From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm 

An experience discovering the traditional Apulian cuisine. 

If you choose the “full day” option, the participants will be 

accompanied to the local market to purchase the products 

that will use together with the chef, in order to prepare 

the dishes inside a Trullo. After cooking, you will lunch under 

the arbour. If you choose to reserve the experience in June, 

there is the possibility to collect cherries to prepare marmalades 

and cakes. 

Lessons available: 

• Basic cooking class of the typical Apulian cuisine; 

• Bread, focaccia and fritters; 

• Vegetables and legumes; 

• Sea on the table; 

• “Hands-on” homemade pasta.

Mozzarella in masseria 

Where > Noci 




In a masseria surrounded by olive trees and oaks, 

the participants will discover how to make mozzarella, 

culinary symbol of Puglia region. 

After the guided visit to the masseria and farm, 

the dairywoman will show you the procedures 

and the participants will have the possibility 

to test their skills by making the mozzarella. 

Lunch with mozzarella and other typical 

products of the tradition, prepared in the masseria. 

Dishes prepared during the lesson: 

• mozzarella; 

• curd cheese; 

• primo sale (cheese before it’s salted).

When > every day. At lunch and dinner. 



The best way to taste the typical Apulian dishes is to do it 

in a masseria. 

In these places rich in history, the guests will taste the local 

and traditional dishes, selected depending on the season. 

Among the dishes: meatballs, seasoned and unseasoned 

cheeses, mozzarella, focaccia, stuffed aubergines, cold cuts 

such as the Capocollo of Martina Franca, typical main 

courses, seasonal vegetables and much more. Everything 

is served with extra-virgin olive oil and primitive wine, “0 km”.

Locorontondo (BA) 

Located in Locorotondo, among the alleys 

in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. 

A Part home and part hotel: for those who do not like 

staying in hotel and prefer a precious urban context, 

in contact with residents, by renouncing to the standard 

hotel services, such as the in-room service breakfast 

or the restaurant. 

The multi-building hotel has three different kinds 

of apartment: Junior, Deluxe and Suite.

Bed&Breakfast 

Castellana Grotte (BA) 

This exclusive bed & breakfast offers the possibility 

to stay inside the wonderful trulli with swimming pool 

and all the comforts, to spend the holidays in pursuit 

of relax and harmony with nature. The trulli, ideal 

for couples or families, are surrounded by olive groves. 

The accommodation is ideal to reach easily 

the nearest places of interest, from Itria Valley 

to the localities along the coast.

Historical mansion 

Alberobello (BA) 

The palace is located in the centre of Alberobello, 

surrounded by trully and overlooking the Basilica 

of the Holy Doctors. 

Built at the end of the 19th century, it has been restored 

by combining history and comfort. Palazzo Scotto 

is a new extra-hotel concept, where the care 

of the guest is fundamental and essential. 

The mansion has two suites: “Trullo” and “Foresteria”. 

For longer stays, there is the possibility to choose 

between two apartments: “Cummerse” and “Nobile”.

Selva di Fasano (BA) 

This ancient mansioni s located on the top 

of the hill surrounded by olive trees of the Selva 

di Fasano and close to the Adriatic Sea, an oasis 

in the heart of Itria Valley. 

An area of twenty hectares for a total relax stay, 

with the possibilty to sleep inside a trullo, restored 

to guantee all the comforts, or inside the typical 

“masseria” rooms.

The masseria is one of the first farmhouses in Puglia, 

a place rich in history and charm where 

the ancient agricultural vocation is combined 

with genuine hospitality 

You can choose three kinds of rooms: le “Mezzanine 

Rooms”, all rooms with private entrance overlooking 

the inner courtyard of the masseria, or on the opposite 

side just in front of the citrus grove, the “Farm House 

Suite”, with private entrance and the “Manor’s Rooms”, 

with ancient and precious furnitures, such as 

the decorated floors and mosaic marble bathrooms. 

The masseria has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. 

It is also possible to require olive oil tastings 

and cooking classes.

Masseria 

Martina Franca (Ta) 

A place where tradition, culture and environment 

meet each other. This ancient masseria, recently 

restored following the original architectural standards, 

consists of four trulli. 

Immersed in the quiet countryside, surrounded 

by olive groves, Mediterranean scrub and oaks, 

is a good starting point to reach the most beautiful 

touristic attractions of Puglia and the beaches 

of Adriatic and Ionian Seas.

We guide travellers discovering the Puglia onto 

the e-bike’s saddle (pedal-assisted electric bike). 

We organize thematic routes for those who love nature, old towns 

and the traditional flavours, to live an experience in pursuit of discovery.

Daily group tours 

Our group tours are e-bike guided tours 

to discover nature and Apulian traditions. 

They are designed for all the family, thanks 

to the e-bikes available for kids and to the front child 

seat for the little ones. 

The routes allow to visit in just few hours up 

to three different places and they always include culture, 

history and nature. They have scheduled and guaranteed 

departures (from Monday to Friday) and they last half 

day, to be accessible to everyone. 

Private tours 

Our private tours offer a wide range of experience 

to discover Puglia, its nature, its history 

and its culinary traditions. 

The tours are customizable, depending 

on the needs and tastes of the participants. 

It is possible to choose the type (visit to old towns, 

routes on the coast, walking in the parks, etc.), 

the duration (half or full day) and the possibility to make 

wine and food stops. Shown below, some
