HOTEL INFORMATION
FITNESS CENTER
The fitness center is located on the 5th floor of the hotel. It is
open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Featuring free weights,
stretching area, elliptical fitness cross trainers, stationary
bikes, treadmills, and upper/lower body training stations, this
fitness center is sure to facilitate any fitness regimen! The
local EOS Fitness Center is also available to hotel guests.
POOL
The hotel’s beautiful outdoor pool is located on the 5th floor
roof, offering an exceptional view of downtown Tampa, FL.
The pool is open 7 days per week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
There is also food and beverage service available at the
pool location for a fun, relaxing retreat away from the room.
BUSINESS SERVICES
The business center is conveniently located on the Lower
Lobby of the hotel, inside the FedEx office. All of the FedEx
services are available for use by hotel guests, including
workstations, printer, fax machine, photocopier, internet
access, binding, lamination, sign making, and FedEx shipping.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?
Check-in time begins at 3:00 p.m. You may be able to
check-in sooner, depending on the inventory of clean,
vacant rooms. Otherwise, the Bell Desk can store your
luggage until your room is ready.
IS THERE FREE PARKING?
No, there is no free parking on the hotel property.
However, there is valet parking available. Overnight
outdoor parking is available for $16.00 per day.
DO GUEST ROOMS HAVE REFRIGERATORS?
Each guest room features a convenient mini refrigerator.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT?
Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. For a late check-out
please contact the Front Desk to assist you with the
arrangements. Please note that a late check-out fee may
apply.
IS THERE A GYM?
Yes, the hotel Fitness Center features cardiovascular
equipment such as treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent
bikes, free weights, and a weight machine.
IS THERE INTERNET ACCESS (WIFI)?
Yes, High Speed Internet access is available throughout
the hotel.

WEATHER IN TAMPA
Weather in Tampa, FL in February is an average
high of 73 degrees Fahrenheit and an average low
of 54 degrees Fahrenheit. The average percentage
chance of rain is 15%.
VALET PARKING
There will be valet services at the hotel when you
arrive. Don’t forget that it is customary to tip your
valet approximately $2.00 per pick-up or drop-off
any time you are utilizing their services.

Taxis are available outside of airport baggage claim
and the average fare one-way to the hotel is $23.

BLUE ONE TRANSPORTATION
Blue One Transportation offers non-stop transportation
to and from the Tampa International Airport. To use
this service, call when walking off of your plane prior

THINGS TO DO IN TAMPA, FL
USF Botanical
Gardens
The USF Botanical Gardens
consists of about 16 acres
of gardens and greenbelt on
the USF Tampa campus. The
Gardens maintains a living
collection of more than 3,000
different species of plants,
animals, and natural habitats.
Amalie Arena
Amalie Arena is the premier
venue for sporting events,
concerts, performances, and
more. The arena is home to
NHL’s Tampa Bay Lightning!

Lettuce Lake Park
This 240-acre site offers
something for everyone. Wooded
picnic areas and playground are
family favorites. A bicycle path/
jogging trail, complete with a
fitness course, meander through
the park. Lettuce Lake is also
a haven for nature study. An
interpretive center, featuring
exhibits, leads to a 3,500 ft.
boardwalk and an observation
tower where visitors can view
an extensive variety of wildlife.
The park also has canoes/kayaks
available for rent.

Florida Aquarium
The Florida Aquarium facility is a
501 not-for-profit organization,

than 20,000 aquatic plants and
animals from Florida and all over
the world. Come see why The
Florida Aquarium is one of the

Science & History Museum
People can experience a scientific
playground of more than 450 hands-on
activities in the largest science center in
the southeastern United States. It is also
the location of Florida’s only IMAX Dome
Theater.
The theater is one of 250 around the world,
and is the only IMAX theater in the state of
Florida with a dome screen. The picture is
ten times that of a standard theater. From
the center of the dome the IMAX screen
completely surrounds the viewer and can
be seen in all fields of vision.

BUSCH GARDENS TAMPA BAY
Busch Gardens is one of those rare places where thrills
and nature seem to effortlessly intertwine. Experience
unique animal encounters, world class roller coasters,
tasty dining and amazing live entertainment. The theme
park is one of America’s largest zoological institutions,
with 335 acres and more than 2,700 animals.
CENTRAL FLORIDA ZOO
Enter the lush tropical world of the Central Florida
Zoo and Botanical Gardens. Visiting this attraction is
a relaxing, entertaining and educational experience.
Today, there are over 500 animals being cared for
at the Zoo representing nearly 200 species, from
tiny insects to the tallest land mammal, the giraffe.
TAMPA RIVERWALK
Tampa’s 2.5 mile (4km) pedestrian walkway links
downtown’s most popular destinations like gems on a
string. The mix of museums, restaurants, and parks makes
the Tampa Riverwalk a must-experience part of any visit.
Enjoy a breathtaking view at sunset, a long walk amongst
various restaurants and attractions, and much more!
BASEBALL MUSEUM
Tampa Baseball Museum at the Al Lopez House welcomes
fans to celebrate Tampa’s 125 years of baseball heritage.

baseball greats from Tampa are honored, along with the

miss this great opportunity to experience baseball history!

In a state known for theme parks, Cigar City

DRESS TO IMPRESS
The “Trend Report” for PrideStaff “Session Wear” in Tampa is comfortable and business casual - easy and relaxed.
On men, we see a lot of casual slacks and khaki pants, sweaters, polo shirts, or short and long-sleeved shirts in
various colors and fabrics. The PrideStaff women never disappoint, always wearing the latest fashion trends and
whatever is on the “Fashion Must List.” Casual slacks, blouses, jackets, and sweaters are always on the list. If you
plan on walking the streets of Tampa during your free time, wear comfortable shoes. There’s a lot to see! Weather
is always mild in Tampa, but it’s a good idea to bring a sweater or jacket.
STRATEGIC-PARTNER RECEPTION
The S-P Reception is a business casual dress code
event. The reception will take place in the Esplande
Patio in The Hilton Tampa Downtown Hotel.
As always, please feel free to contact your VP/FC with
any questions, or if you need any additional information.
PRIDESTAFF SESSIONS
All daily sessions will be business casual. Meeting
rooms have a tendency to be chilly, so bringing a
sweater, or wrap of some sort, is always a good idea.
Please be advised, during our sessions we do not wear
jeans, t-shirts, shorts, track suits, or anything too racy.
AWARDS BANQUET
Time to dress to the nines, and step out in your best
evening wear to celebrate our year and PrideStaff’s
brightest stars. Ladies, it’s time to dazzle in your favorite
cocktail attire; elegant long and short cocktail dresses,
as well as edgy evening suits are all hot trends for this
affair. Black isn’t the only evening color. Deep reds
and plums, crisp pastels, silver and gold can all look
equally stunning. There is so much to choose from! The
PrideStaff gentlemen always turn heads in their sleek
and tailored suits complemented by just the right tie
with a perfect pop of color, pocket square, or cuff links.
