Foreword
It is my personal belief that when we start to manage
fires on a local level, we will ultimately contribute to
environmental sustainability worldwide and assist
government to alleviate the real threat of food scarcity.
For us, it is not just about training people to fight fires
safely and effectively. For us it is much more. It is about
managing fires to the benefit and security of all.
We understand the unique challenges of running a
successful farming business or a sensitive conservation
area. Our programmes have been developed to assist
managers and their staff, not only gain technical skills,
but also to improve communication and team cohesion.
Poor communication and lack of team cohesions has
been the cause of small fires turning into large
destructive fires.
We are firm believers of experiential learning. During our
courses, participants are given the opportunity to practice
their newly acquired knowledge and skill under the
watchful eyes of our instructors. Reflective sessions
allow participants to learn from their own performance.
To find out more about our programmes, please continue
reading. If you want to know, please contact us on +27
83 979 2330 and will gladly assist you with your needs. If
we can’t help, we will gladly refer you to those who can.
Remember it is about saving lives and property.
We look forward to meeting you at one of our courses.
Best wishes,
Warren Conradie
