Caberg è stata la prima azienda italiana, e seconda a livello mondiale, 

ad introdurre sul mercato il casco apribile, credendo fortemente nel 

potenziale di crescita del mercato Touring. Nel corso degli anni, il punto 

di forza di Caberg è stato concepire caschi intelligenti, combinando 

estetica e funzionalità. 

La sede dell’azienda si trova in una moderna struttura industriale dove 

si concentrano gli uffici commerciali, amministrativi, i reparti produttivi 

e il laboratorio Certificato, il quale garantisce il soddisfacimento dei 

test di conformità richiesti dalle varie normative per offrire prodotti 

personalizzati per la massima sicurezza e un elevato comfort del 

motociclista. 

La produzione viene costantemente monitorata attraverso una 

procedura di controllo qualità molto severa. La rete commerciale 

raggiunge la maggior parte del mercato europeo ed è presente in molti 

paesi extra UE come Israele, Russia, Messico, Sud America, Hong Kong, 

Malesia, Turchia, Marocco, Corea, Nuova Zelanda e molti altri. Caberg 

è fiera di annunciare che 6 modelli top di gamma hanno ottenuto un 

punteggio eccellente (quattro modelli hanno ricevuto 5 stelle su 5 e 

due 4 su 5) al test di sicurezza SHARP eseguito dal Dipartimento dei 

Trasporti del Regno Unito.

A constant look to the future together with captivating design, avantgarde 

technology and breakthrough innovation led to conceive and 

produce numerous successful models with innovative features 

appreciated and well recognized by bikers all around the world. 

Caberg has been the first Italian company to introduce a flip up helmet 

(system helmet) on the market, and the second one worldwide, mainly 

believing on the great growth potential of the touring market. During 

the years, the strength point of Caberg it has been focusing on smart 

helmets by combining look with functionality. Care of our premises, 

located in a modern building, are concentrated the management, 

the production department and a test laboratory, which guarantees 

successful conformity tests required by the law, so that the products 

will offer the highest safety and top comfort to the motorcyclist. The 

production is constantly checked through a severe quality test process. 

The commercial network reaches most of the European markets and 

is present in various non-European countries such as Israel, Russia, 

Mexico, South America, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, 

Turkey, Morocco, Korea, New Zeland and many others. Caberg is proud 

to announce that six of its top of the range models have been awarded 

with an excellent score (four helmets received 5 stars out of 5 and two 

helmets four stars out of 5) by the SHARP safety test done by the U.K.

LEVANTE È IL CASCO APRIBILE DI CABERG REALIZZATO 

PER IL MOTO TURISTA PIÙ ESIGENTE CON SOLUZIONI 

TECNICHE ALL’AVANGUARDIA E DESIGN INNOVATIVO. 

La calotta esterna è realizzata in Fibre Composite (carbonio, kevlar, vetro) oltre 

alla versione LEVANTE CARBON con calotta in Carbonio. Offerto in due misure di 

calotta esterna per permettere una perfetta proporzione tra il volume del casco e 

la taglia del motociclista. 

LEVANTE si caratterizza per la doppia omologazione P/J superando I test previsti 

dalla normativa ECE per i caschi integrali (P) ma anche in configurazione jet (J) con 

mentoniera aperta. 

Il Sistema di ventilazione è garantito da due presa d’aria frontali e due estrattori 

posteriori che, attraverso i canali presenti nella calotta interna, offrono un comfort 

ottimale anche nelle condizioni più estreme. 

LEVANTE è dotato di una visiera molto ampia e panoramica per consentire al 

motociclista il massimo campo di visione, equipaggiata di serie con la lente 

antiappannante Pin Lock Max Vision. Inoltre è dotato di visiera parasole integrata, 

Double Visor Tech, facile da manovrare anche indossando guanti. 

Gli interni, completamente estraibili e lavabili, sono realizzati con I migliori tessuti 

ad alta traspirazione e trattati Sanitized. Le guance sono realizzare per consentire 

di indossare occhiali con estrema facilità. 

LEVANTE è predisposto per poter alloggiare i principali sistemi di comunicazione 

presenti sul mercato grazie agli spazi dedicati per altoparlanti e microfono. 

LEVANTE viene offerto nelle versioni monocolore nero opaco, bianco metal e giallo 

alta visibilità, oltre alla versione Grafica “FLOW” ed alla versione con calotta in 

Carbonio e mentoniera nera opaca.

LEVANTE IS THE NEW FLIP UP BY CABERG, DEVELOPED 

WITH INNOVATIVE DESIGN AND AVANT-GARDE TECHNICAL 

SOLUTIONS FOR THE MOST DEMANDING TOURING RIDERS. 

The outer shell is made of composite fiber (Carbon, Kevlar and fiber glass) besides 

also the version LEVANTE CARBON with shell made of carbon. 

LEVANTE comes in two shell sizes to offer the best fitting proportion between 

the shell volume and the motorcyclist’s head size. It obtained the P/J dual 

homologation after passing the requirements set by ECE test regulations both for 

the full faces (P) and for the Jet configuration (J) which allows to ride also with the 

chin guard opened. 

Ventilation is guaranteed by 2 air front vents and 2 rear air extractors offering the 

best comfort even during the most extreme conditions. 

LEVANTE is standardly equipped with a panoramic ultra-wide visor that allows the 

best fields of vision; an integrated sunshade visor (DVT Double Visor Tech) easy 

to maneuver with gloves; and with the Pinlock MAX VISION lens to avoid misting. 

The lining, made with the best hypoallergenic and transpiring fabrics to grant 

maximum freshness, is entirely removable and washable. Moreover the cheek 

pads have been conceived to permit the accommodation of glasses. 

Thanks to the space for the microphone and speakers, LEVANTE is ready to be 

equipped with the main communication systems on the market.

version; in the graphic version FLOW; and the version in CARBON.

La mentoniera frontale presenta due grandi prese d’aria regolabili individualmente 

che convogliano l’aria sulla visiera, evitando l’appannamento nelle condizioni 

climatiche più estreme. L’aerazione interna è garantita inoltre da una grande 

presa d’aria frontale regolabile e dai canali presenti nella calotta interna del 

casco. Frutto dell’esperienza maturata dalla prima azienda italiana ad aver 

prodotto caschi apribili, Il nuovo DROID è dotato della doppia omologazione P/J 

che permette di guidare anche a mentoniera alzata sempre in sicurezza grazie 

al selettore posizionato sulla sinistra del casco che, nella posizione J, blocca 

la mentoniera nella posizione di massima apertura evitando così la chiusura 

accidentale della stessa. Grazie alle ridotte dimensioni del casco, il peso del nuovo 

DROID è di solo 1550 +\-50 gr. 

DROID è dotato dell’esclusivo sistema DoubleVisorTech che grazie ad una visiera 

parasole integrata facile da manovrare, permette di guidare sempre con la giusta 

luce e quindi con la massima sicurezza. La visiera parasole è resistente al graffio 

mentre quella esterna trasparente non solo al graffio ma anche all’appannamento 

grazie alla lente Pin Lock Max Vision.

The chin guard has two individually adjustable air vents to drive air directly to 

the inner surface of the visor avoiding misting even during extreme weather 

conditions. Moreover, helmet ventilation is guaranteed by a wide adjustable frontal 

vent and inner air grooves. 

DROID is the result of the gained experience by the first Italian company to produce 

flip up helmets; It comes with the dual homologation P/J which allows to ride also 

with the chin guard open thanks to the lever on the left side of the helmet; This 

lever when in the “J” position, blocks the chin guard in the fully open position 

avoiding accidental closing. Thanks to the reduced dimensions of the helmet, the 

weight of the DROID is only 1550 gr +/- 50gr. 

DROID is equipped with the exclusive Double Visor Tech system that, thanks to the 

easy to use inner sun-visor, allows to ride always with the right light and in safety. 

The inner sun-visor is treated anti-scratch, while the outer clear visor is not only

CPL (CABERG PUMP LINING) È LA SIGLA CHE IDENTIFICA IL SISTEMA DI 

REGOLAZIONE AD ARIA DEGLI INTERNI DEI CASCHI CABERG. 

Attraverso due tasti posti nella zona posteriore ed un sistema di valvole, è 

possibile gonfiare e sgonfiare dei cuscinetti posizionati all’interno dei guanciali 

e del paranuca rendendo il casco perfetto ad ogni fisionomia del volto, e ad ogni 

tipologia di utilizzo, meno stretto nei percorsi a bassa velocità, più aderente a 

velocità sostenute. Caberg equipaggia il proprio apribile top di gamma Modus 

con questo sistema essendo la tipologia di casco più utilizzata dai motociclisti 

che fanno touring, che stanno in sella molte ore in condizioni sempre differenti 

e che grazie a questo sistema possono avere il proprio Caberg su misura che 

garantisce una perfetta aderenza del viso e della nuca e una forte diminuzione 

della rumorosità interna. Il sistema CPL inoltre garantisce un’ottima calzata nel 

tempo compensando l’inevitabile riduzione degli spessori degli interni dei caschi 

tradizionali con il passare dei mesi. 

THE ACRONYM CPL (CABERG PUMP LINING) INDENTIFIES THE 

INFLATABLE LINING SYSTEM FOR CABERG HELMETS. 

Thanks to two buttons positioned on the back of the helmet, it is possible to 

customize the fitting by inflating and deflating the air pockets both for the cheek 

pads and the neck device. The CPL system provides a personal correct fit according 

to the rider’s facial characteristics, and it is suitable for any type of use: more 

adherent at higher speeds and less narrow at slow speed routes. Caberg flip-up 

model MODUS have been equipped with this system since it is of great interest 

especially to the Touring market; it is ideal for the riders who want to spend many 

hours on the motorcycles while wearing their Caberg helmet with a custom fit both 

on the cheek and the neck areas. Caberg CPL system not only helps to minimize 

wind noise but it also guarantees a long lasting comfortable fit compensating the 

inevitable reduction of the lining thickness over time.

Duke is the result of the acquired experience of Caberg who was the first 

Italian company to produce flip up helmets. 

Duke comes with the dual homologation P/J which allows you to ride with 

the chin guard open guarantying safety thanks to the lever P/J on the 

left hand side of the helmet. This lever when in the “J” position, blocks 

the chin guard in the fully opened position avoiding the chin guard to 

accidentally close. Thanks to the reduced dimensions of the helmet, the 

weight of the new Duke is only 1550 gr +/- 50gr. 

The Duke is equipped with the exclusive Double Visor Tech system that, 

thanks to the easy to use inner sunvisor, allows you to ride always with 

the right light and in safety. The inner sun visor is treated antiscratch, 

while the outer clear visor is not only antiscratch but also antifog thanks 

to the double lens Pinlock. Ventilation is guaranteed by two easy to use

The air is channelled through grooves on the inner liner that ensures 

perfect ventilation of the helmet. The lining is completely removable 

and washable, realized with breathable and hypoallergenic fabric for 

maximum freshness, with reflective inserts at the back of the neck. 

DUKE is offered in 4 solid colors versions: besides the Matt black and 

the Metal White, there is the SMART black version not painted and the 

Hi-VIZION hi visibility in Yellow Fluo. As far as Graphic versions, there 

are the sporty GRAVITY and the LEGEND that comes with matt and bright 

finishing. 

The Duke has the seating to accommodate the Caberg Bluetooth 

communication system JUST SPEAK S which allows to communicate not

automaticamente si avvicina alla visiera quando viene aperta la mentoniera per 

ridurre al massimo la resistenza all’aria. Tourmax, è dotato di doppia omologazione 

P/J che permette di guidare anche a mentoniera alzata sempre in sicurezza grazie 

al selettore posizionato sulla sinistra che, nella posizione J, blocca la mentoniera 

nella posizione di massima apertura evitando così la chiusura accidentale della 

stessa.

ENDURO MOTORCYCLES OWNERS. 

As result of the long experience gained by Caberg, the first Italian company to 

produce flip up helmets, the new TOURMAX 100% Made in Italy is equipped with 

a peak that automatically moves close to the visor when opening the chin guard in 

order to minimize air resistance. 

Tourmax comes with the dual homologation P/J which allows you to ride with the 

chin guard opened guarantying safety thanks to the lever P/J on the left hand side 

of the helmet. This lever, when in the “J” position, blocks the chin guard in the fully 

opened position avoiding the chin guard to accidentally close. 

Tourmax is equipped with the exclusive Double Visor Tech system that, thanks to 

the easy to use inner sunvisor, allows you to ride always with the right light and 

in safety. The inner sun visor is treated antiscratch, while the outer clear visor is 

not only antiscratch but also antifog thanks to the double lens Pinlock. Ventilation 

is guaranteed by two wide vents placed on the chin guard and on the shell that are 

easy to maneuver also with gloves. The air is channelled through grooves on the 

inner liner that ensure perfect ventilation of the helmet. The lining is completely 

removable and washable, realized with breathable and hypoallergenic fabric for 

maximum freshness, with reflective inserts at the back of the neck. 

Tourmax is offered in the single colors: matt black, matt gun metal, and white 

metal; and in sport graphic versions SONIC with base color matt black and white. 

Tourmax has a seating to accommodate the Caberg Bluetooth communication 

system “JUST SPEAK S” which allows to communicate not only with your own 

mobile phone and your passenger but also to connect to a GPS system, listen 

to music through your mobile or an MP3 player. Just Speak S is equipped with 

Bluetooth A2DP that permits to listen in high quality stereo.

motociclista di guidare sempre con la massima sicurezza. Drift è disponibile anche 

nella versione CARBON con un peso ridotto di circa 100gr. Rispetto alla versione 

con calotta in Tricomposito. 

DRIFT è dotato di un meccanismo visiera a sgancio rapido che regola 

automaticamente la posizione della visiera per una perfetta aderenza con la 

bordatura della finestra. Grazie al doppio movimento a molle del meccanismo 

visiera non sarà più necessario la regolazione manuale dello stesso per evitare 

infiltrazioni di acqua o di aria tra visiera e bordatura. Inoltre sul lato sinistro del 

meccanismo visiera è posizionata una leva che permette una posizione bloccata 

della visiera distante dalla bordatura di circa 0.5cm per evitare o eliminare la 

condensa sulla visiera che viene assorbita in modo efficace dal vento durante la 

circolazione; quando la leva viene sollevata la visiera viene bloccata per evitare 

un’apertura improvvisa durante la circolazione o durante una caduta. 

DRIFT è dotato di visiera trasparente Antigraffio con Pinlock Max Vision di serie 

regolabile per evitare l’appannamento e di visiera parasole antigraffio integrata 

facilmente manovrabile attraverso una leva laterale. L’aerazione è garantita 

da 3 grandi prese d’aria tutte regolabili facilmente anche indossando guanti. 

L’aerazione inferiore, posizionata sul mento, convoglia l’aria sulla superfice 

interna della visiera evitando la formazione di condensa, l’aerazione superiore 

convoglia l’aria all’interno del casco grazie alla presenza di numerosi canali interni 

mentre l’aerazione posteriore dissipa l’aria calda e viziata. 

L’interno è completamente amovibile e lavabile compresa l’imbottitura del 

cinturino, realizzati con tessuti traspiranti e ipoallergenici per garantire la 

massima freschezza con inserti posteriori rifrangenti. La fibbia di chiusura è 

a doppio anello. DRIFT viene offerto nelle colorazioni monocolore Nero opaco 

e Bianco e nelle versioni grafiche TOUR, SHADOW, FLUX e ARMOUR. DRIFT è 

predisposto per l’alloggiamento dei principali comunicatori presenti sul mercato 

grazie alle sedi presenti per speakers e microfono. 

It is equipped with an integrated sunshade visor DVT (Double Visor Tech) that 

permits to ride always with the best light conditions and maximum safety. Drift 

is also available in version full CARBON with a weight reduction, compared to the 

tricomposite version, of around 100gr. 

DRIFT quick release visor mechanism allows visor self-adjustment to guarantee a 

close contact of visor and window beading. Thanks to the visor mechanism with a 

spring double movement, it will not be necessary to manually regulate it in order 

to avoid incoming of water or air. Moreover, the lever on the left side of the visor 

mechanism consents to stop the position of the visor at 0,5cm from the window 

beading to avoid or eliminate fogging, which is absorbed by the wind while riding. 

When the lever is lifted, the visor is locked to avoid sudden opening during a ride 

or fall. 

DRIFT is equipped with a transparent anti-scratch visor, an adjustable Pinlock lens 

Max Vision to avoid fogging, and an integrated anti-scratch sunshade visor easily 

maneuverable with a lateral lever. 

Ventilation is guaranteed by 3 wide air vents easy to regulate also with gloves. The 

lower vent on the chin guard drives air directly to the inner side of the visor to avoid 

misting; the vent on top channels fresh air inside the helmet through numerous air 

grooves, while the rear vent favors the discharge of hot and stale air. 

The lining, made with rear reflective inserts, is entirely removable and washable 

including the padding on the chinstrap; made with hypoallergenic and transpiring 

fabrics to grant maximum freshness. 

The retention system is equipped with a double D ring. 

DRIFT is offered in the solid colors: Matt black and White; four graphic versions: 

TOUR, SHADOW, FLUX and ARMOUR in various colors combination in matt and 

gloss finishes. Drift is ready for the most of the communication systems present on 

the market thanks to the space dedicated to speakers and microphone.

mercato. Questo jet è infatti equipaggiato con una particolare visiera a forma 

di occhiale che aderisce al viso grazie alla spugna presente sul profilo inferiore 

della stessa, oltre ad una maschera che protegge il viso dagli agenti atmosferici 

e dagli insetti. Grazie ad un meccanismo basculante a molle, il movimento di 

apertura e chiusura della visiera completa di maschera è semplice e intuitivo e 

può essere fatto con estrema facilità utilizzando solo una mano, a differenza dei 

caschi Jet con occhiali e maschere con semplici elastici. 

Ghost può essere utilizzato facilmente in 4 configurazioni: 1) completo di visiera, 

profilo inferiore visiera in spugna e maschera; 2) completo di visiera senza 

profilo inferiore in spugna con maschera (ideale nei mesi caldi ma sempre con 

la protezione della maschera); 3) completo di visiera e profilo inferiore visiera in 

spugna e senza maschera; 4) solo con visiera, senza il profilo inferiore visiera in 

spugna e senza la maschera. 

La calotta è realizzata in materiale tricomposito (fibra di vetro, carbonio, kevlar) 

in due taglie di calotta, è inoltre disponibile anche la versione full carbon con 

calotta interamente realizzata in Carbonio. 

L’appannamento della visiera è impedito grazie alla presenza della doppia lente 

pinlock facile da montare e rimuovere. 

Gli interni sono realizzati con tessuti traspiranti e anallergici completamente 

removibili e lavabili. Le finiture tutte italiane come i cinque rivetti affogati nel 

bordo calotta, le prese d’aria in acciaio poste sul paranuca e gli inserti in eco 

pelle dimostrano l’attenzione e la cura dei dettagli. 

Ghost, grazie agli spazi presenti per gli speakers sotto l’interno estraibile, può 

essere equipaggiato con il comunicatore Bluetooth JUST SPEAK S di Caberg. Per 

personalizzare il tuo Ghost, oltre alla visiera di serie leggermente fumè, sono 

disponibili visiere a specchio, visiere completamente scure, completamente 

trasparenti e gialle. Per la perfetta adesione al viso del profilo in spugna della 

visiera, Caberg offre la possibilità di acquistare il profilo in spugna in tre diversi 

spessori: 18 mm., 21 mm. e 25 mm.

GHOST IS THE NEW HELMET CONCEIVED BY CABERG FOR

The aggressive look and shapes are combined with great functionality, that is 

unique on the market. This Jet, in fact, is equipped not only with a particular 

goggle shape visor that adheres to the face thanks to the foam profile along the 

inner lower side of the visor, but also with a mask easy to use to protect the face 

from the cold in the winter months and from swallowing too many gnats in the 

summer time… 

Thanks to a spring tilting system, it is very simple and intuitive to open and 

close the visor with only one hand. This characteristic differs the Ghost from the 

other open face helmets on the market equipped with simple goggle, mask, and 

standard elastic strap bands. 

Ghost can be used in 4 different configurations: 1) equipped with the visor, the 

foam profile along the inner lower side of the visor, and the mask; 2) equipped 

with the visor and the mask, but without the foam profile of the visor; 3) equipped 

with the visor and the foam profile but without the mask; 4) equipped only with 

the visor, without the foam profile and the mask. 

The shell is made of tri-composite material (fiber, carbon and kevlar) and is 

offered in two shell sizes, it is also available the full carbon version with the 

shell entirely made of carbon fiber. 

An easy to mount and remove double Pinlock lens is included to prevent the visor 

from fogging up. 

The lining is completely removable and washable made with breathable fabrics. 

The finishing of the refined materials and features, all made in Italy, such as the 

five rivets on the rim, the steel air intakes on the neck devise and the leather 

inserts, remark the care and attention to details. 

Ghost can be equipped also with the Caberg Bluetooth communication system 

JUST SPEAK S, thanks to the space below the removable lining to nestle the 

speakers. To customize your Ghost, besides the standard light smoked visor, 

there are available, as spares, a mirror visor, dark visor, transparent, and a 

yellow one. For a perfect adhesion of the mask foam to the face, Caberg offers

monocolore sono nero opaco, bianco e nero verniciato mentre le versioni grafica 

sono la INDY in due combinazioni cromatiche, COMMANDER in due combinazioni 

cromatiche, MISTRAL in tre combinazioni cromatiche, oltre alle versioni STAR e 

FLAME in unica combinazione cromatica e alle due versioni con verniciatura METAL 

FLAKE silver e METAL FLAKE black. Sono, inoltre, disponibili due nuove versioni: 

IRON e RUSTY. 

Freeride, grazie agli spazi presenti per gli speakers sotto l’interno estraibile, può 

essere equipaggiato con il comunicatore Bluetooth Just Speak S. 

FREERIDE IS THE CABERG JET WITH A STYLISH AND 

VINTAGE LOOK AND THE OUTER SHELL, IN TWO SIZES, 

MADE OF KEVLAR AND FIBERGLASS 

It is also available a shell version made completely of carbon. The small-sized shell 

dimension, one of the smallest on the market, enabled to reach a weight slightly 

above 800 gr. so that it can easily fit under narrow seats. Caberg carefully focused 

on refined materials and key features all made in Italy such as the five rivets on the 

rim, the steel air intakes on the neck device, leather details, and the goggles holder 

with serigraphy. Moreover, during winter time or long ride routes, Freeride can be 

used either with a long clear visor easy to mount included in the helmet box, or with 

Caberg vintage goggles, available as spare part, for custom bike riders. The lining 

is completely removable and washable made with breathable fabrics and leather 

details. The color versions are: the single color matt black, shiny white and shiny 

black; the graphic versions INDY available in two base colors black and cream, the 

COMMANDER in two color combinations, the MISTRAL in three color combinations, 

the STAR with base matt black and graphic white, the FLAME with base black shiny 

and graphic red and yellow, METAL FLAKE silver, METAL FLAKE black. There are 

available also 2 new versions: RUSTY and IRON. 

Freeride, thanks to the inner space dedicated to the speakers seating under the liner, 

can be equipped with the communicator Bluetooth Just Speak S.
