There Is Never
Enough Innovation
Quality is of utmost importance to us. To achieve it, we cannot rest on
our laurels, which is why we are interested in all gastronomic innovations.
We regularly renew the menu, our chefs methods or the food styling. We
use different ingredients and their combinations as well as modern technologies.
The Mondieu Laboratoire is proof of that: the first venue with a
self-serving section, where our guests can, amongst other things, create
their own ice-lollypop, based on their preferences. We will present other
novelties soon.

in Mondieu
The quality choice of food on the menu is not the only thing we are taking
care of. Every customer who would like to have a piece of Mondieu
at home, has the option of taking away their favourite drink or cake. We
create fresh cakes and macarons every day, we roast our own coffe on
the premises. Our guests can also take away some little French things
that will remind them of Mondieu – our own roasted Piemont hazelnuts
of highest quality.

which is just a block away from the equally popular „city food“ (which we didn‘t
eat at)
The food is healthy options, fresh ingredients, innovative and the wait staff are
both professional and friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, even
when we requested some changes to standard meals

of Mondieu in an original style of hers. Our guests grew to
love Choco and they cannot imagine Mondieu without her.
