<strong>Invent</strong> provides a fully immersive, highly<br />
participative programme combining study<br />
trips, workshops, visits to world-class<br />
companies, group work and mentoring.<br />
The programme starts with a 3 day study trip where you will gain access to some of the<br />
world’s most admired companies. Each day focuses on action based learning. Sessions are<br />
delivered by a combination of practitioners and experts who have extensive experience of<br />
working with and understanding the needs of small business leaders.<br />
We will provide you with expertise in areas such as sales and marketing, raising finance,<br />
attracting talent, conflict resolution and managing exit strategies. You’ll come away from<br />
each session with practical skills that you can apply immediately.<br />

Form’s founder Matt Johnson has spent more than<br />
20 years growing a number of businesses, including<br />
the digital agency Mando, of which he was cofounder<br />
and CEO.<br />
Mando works for leading global brands and is one of<br />

After selling his interest in Mando Group in 2013 he<br />
founded Form with the mission of equipping creative<br />
leaders to build remarkable companies.<br />
With a background spanning finance, tech,<br />
consultancy and creative, Sean has been trusted by<br />

their companies.<br />
Over the last 15 years, he has worked in or been<br />
consultant to executive teams in organisations<br />
as diverse as Aviva, Capgemini, Ofsted, HMRC,<br />
Skyscanner and Shop Direct, as well as a range of<br />
creative & digital SMEs.<br />
Mark is a leader, consultant and social entrepreneur.<br />
Over his career he has worked extensively with<br />
global brands including Cadbury and Jaguar, as well<br />
as supporting high growth SMEs, working with their<br />
management teams to unlock growth potential.<br />
Mark has more than 25 years’ experience in running<br />
businesses and coaching leaders from business and<br />
third sector organisations.<br />
Jon is a creative at heart. He spent 5 years working<br />
for Unilever he has helped to shape and define some<br />
of the largest brands in the world including Magnum,<br />
Walls, Carte d’Or and Lipton.<br />
He has partnered with some of the brightest creative<br />
minds in the industry such at DCA, Design Bridge &<br />
JKR and leverages his insight into managing agencies<br />
and projects into his role in Form.<br />
