• Played in all 12 games as a true freshman in 2012 and finished<br />
the year with 27 tackles (15 solo), an INT, four passes defensed<br />
and a forced fumble<br />
• Son of Elina Grugier-Bell. Has three siblings: two older brothers<br />
and one older sister<br />
• Earned his degree in kinesiology from Eastern Illinois<br />
• Started playing football as a junior in high school. Began playing<br />
because one of his best friends suggested he come out for the<br />
team. Before he began playing football, he played soccer and<br />
volleyball. Started playing soccer at the age of 4<br />
• Played safety and punter at Kamehameha High School in<br />
Honolulu, HI. Totaled 86 tackles and five sacks as a senior in<br />
2011. Was named first-team All-Interscholastic League<br />
