Your Church or My Church

Your Church or My Church Continued from page 1 than God is One (Mark 12:29, 1John 5:7). I say again that God is NOT divided. The devil's main tactic is to keep the body of Christ in division. It all started in the Corinthian church when some said “I am of Paul” and others “I am of Apollos”. Read it for yourself in 1Corinthians 1:1013. The word of God teaches us that as many as believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, to them gave he power to become the sons of God; not Baptists or Methodists or any other man made religion. I'm not putting anyone down or any denomination or movement but rather teaching you the truth according to the bible. Jesus told Peter in Matthew 16:18 “upon this rock I will build MY church;” not your church or my church. Church buildings aren't supposed to be treated like some kind of personal social club or personal anything for that matter. We don't go to church to see what everyone is wearing or to rush through the service so we can hurry back out into the world to do whatever. A true church as ordained by the bible is a place where the body of Christ comes together as one to worship and praise the Lord in spirit and in truth. Then to hear the word of God rightly divided by a preacher of the truth sent by God. Why? To learn how to be an effective witness of Jesus Christ to all the lost souls they encounter during the week AND most importantly, to learn how to do the work of the Lord. There is no MY church or YOUR church whatsoever. What is your point preacher? My point is that if you love the Lord in sincerity, then you better begin to seek God for THE truth because there is only one. Jesus said in John 14:6 “I am THE way, THE truth, and THE life: NO man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” You don't see any plurals in that statement do you? Remember saints the word of God is SPIRITUALLY discerned. God is about to do away with all this religion and purify His church from all the leaven of the Pharisees. Are you ready for the coming of our Lord?
