FROM THE CEO The end of the year is always a time for reflection. We’re busy assessing what worked this year and what we want to build on for next year. It’s an especially exciting time for us at the Association, as we begin the new year in our new home at 430 N. Michigan, the REALTOR ® Building. Throughout this process, from initiating the search for a commercial broker representative, to forming work groups and touring buildings, it has been a year of profound collaboration. I want to thank the members of C.A.R.’s Building Work Group, Space Planning & Design Work Group and Board of Directors for their careful consideration of our options and the future of the Association. We’ve questioned the way we utilize our physical space, as well as how we deliver our essential services to our members. We believe that our new office will truly be a major benefit for you, our members, as we tap into the synergies with Illinois REALTORS ® and the National Association of REALTORS ® that come with a shared space.
