Better Than New was formed in 1998 by Dan<br />
Oldejans in a small apartment in Scottsdale, AZ. It<br />
began with a few hundred dollars, a briefcase, and a<br />
couple of hand" tools. Since then, Better Than New<br />
has grown into a full service refinish and custom<br />
furniture repair shop in Arizona.Our client list<br />
includes such retailers as Ethan Allen and<br />
Copenhagen Imports, as well as top designers across<br />
the country. In 2009, we starred in a full season of<br />
HGTV's "Beyond Repair" and received national news<br />
coverage. Owner Dan Oldejans received a BA in<br />
Studio Art from Arizona State University. With an<br />
education in the fine arts, we have set ourselves apart<br />
from others using innovative techniques outside of<br />
