Due to the nature of our business all website bookings are provisional until confirmed by us. We ask you for your<br />

preferred seating allocation during the booking process and will confirm your seat numbers<br />

after you have booked. We shall try to meet your seating requirements where possible, but<br />

Entrance tickets not included unless stated. All seats are sold on a first come, first served basis. We allocate seats on our excursions which will be honoured wherever<br />

possible. However, we reserve the right to change your seat should circumstances deem necessary. We will make every effort to carry out the programme and<br />

itineraries as advertised, but must reserve the right to cancel any excursion or alter routes, timings or stopping places without prior notice due to circumstances beyond<br />

our control.<br />

Cancellations & Refunds. If we are forced to cancel any excursion, a full refund will be made. In the event of a customer cancelling we shall apply charges in line with<br />

the scale below. Tickets cannot be transferred to future trips.<br />

For the vast majority of trips we aim to stay at the destination for around 4 ½ hours. We may have to alter timings if<br />

The Vyne house is undergoing roof repair work. This means that the house is encased in<br />

scaffolding and that the upstairs is closed. However at the time of our visit there will be a<br />

unique opportunity to go up on a roof top walkway which will give you views of the<br />

estate and the work being carried out. The walkway is accessible via stairs and a lift and<br />

is suitable for everyone. The Vyne is a unique Tudor House situated in beautiful<br />

countryside just north of Basingstoke. Inside, the house is full of character and brimming<br />

DAY 4 Today we head to Glamis Castle. Famously the childhood home of the late Queen Mother<br />
