Howard Schacter – Board Member <strong>and</strong> Global Project Development<br />

Howard Schacter has over 29 years of experience as a project developer <strong>and</strong> project manager in real estate<br />

development <strong>and</strong> construction – <strong>and</strong> for <strong>the</strong> past nine years, exclusively in renewable energy <strong>and</strong> clean<br />

technology. He has been instrumental in raising seed capital for clean tech <strong>and</strong> renewable energy start-up<br />

ventures in <strong>the</strong> energy storage <strong>and</strong> wind power sectors. Mr. Schacter was COO of Mistral Power Corp. in<br />

Vancouver, B.C. from 2003-2005. He left Mistral in late 2005 to initiate <strong>the</strong> acquisition <strong>and</strong> repowering of <strong>the</strong><br />

Edom Hills Wind Farm in Palm Springs, California, This fully developed repowering project was subsequently<br />

sold in late 2007 to BP Alternative Energy. Following <strong>the</strong> sale of <strong>the</strong> Edom Hill Project Mr. Schacter <strong>the</strong>n formed<br />

a joint venture with Scientia Energy to remanufacture <strong>the</strong> turbines decommissioned as part of <strong>the</strong> repowering<br />

project. The JV with Scientia has recently completed <strong>the</strong> development of new 65kw <strong>and</strong> 100kw turbine designs<br />

<strong>and</strong> will be commencing <strong>the</strong> first manufacturing run of <strong>the</strong>se new products in March 2010. He is also acting<br />

CEO of AGV Technologies, Inc., which has commercialized a water treatment technology, funded primarily by<br />

NASA, for use in <strong>the</strong> oil <strong>and</strong> gas industry. Mr. Schacter’s expertise in structuring <strong>the</strong> financial requirements for<br />

large-scale project investments, master planning <strong>and</strong> energy integration are critical to <strong>the</strong> success of OGS.<br />

Sheri Woodsgreen – Board Member <strong>and</strong> Global Socio-Economic Development<br />

Sheri Woodsgreen is a pioneer in <strong>the</strong> philosophy of “doing well while doing good.” She conceived <strong>One</strong> <strong>Globe</strong><br />

Corporation – <strong>and</strong> its nonprofit partner, <strong>One</strong> <strong>Globe</strong> Foundation – to catalyze global impact <strong>and</strong> investments through<br />

sustainable infrastructure development. Ms. Woodsgreen has integrated her diverse experience in <strong>the</strong> private, public<br />

<strong>and</strong> social sectors to create <strong>the</strong> visionary <strong>One</strong> <strong>Globe</strong> Model – a platform for economic, environmental, equality <strong>and</strong><br />

entrepreneurial sustainability <strong>that</strong> powers an engine for strategic growth with universal application. She spearheaded<br />

<strong>the</strong> <strong>One</strong> <strong>Globe</strong> Certified initiative – a comprehensive vetting process – to analyze <strong>the</strong> viability of development <strong>projects</strong><br />

Luis Zambrana – Board Member <strong>and</strong> Global Infrastructure Development<br />

Luis Zambrana brings over 25 years of professional development program management <strong>and</strong> design<br />

experience to OGS. From 1991 to 2007 he was CEO <strong>and</strong> President of Zambrana Engineering, Inc. (ZEI),<br />

engineering, construction management, environmental <strong>and</strong> surveying services company. The company<br />

worked for clients ranging from <strong>the</strong> U.S. Department of Defense – including <strong>the</strong> U.S. Air Force <strong>and</strong> Corps of<br />

Engineers – to state <strong>and</strong> local municipalities. ZEI served as a key design <strong>and</strong> management firm for energy<br />

programs for Peabody, Hanson, Commonwealth Edison, <strong>and</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r utilities. Mr. Zambrana has been involved<br />

in <strong>the</strong> renewable energy asset development market since 1999. He formed <strong>and</strong> served as senior managing<br />

member of North American Bio-Energy Resources, LLC (NABR), which developed alcohol fuel <strong>and</strong> biomass<br />

powered energy plants <strong>and</strong> more recently as Sr. Managing Member of <strong>the</strong> Sustainable Development Group,<br />

LLC. NABR was instrumental in <strong>the</strong> technical integration of multiple renewable/sustainable technologies<br />

to generate <strong>the</strong> best value <strong>and</strong> return on investment. This integration is now becoming <strong>the</strong> accepted Best<br />

Practice as this market evolves <strong>and</strong> our energy economy matures.<br />

Michael Brainard – Founder, The Brainard Group, LLC<br />

Michael Brainard brings more than 30 years of experience in successfully guiding medium-to-large<br />

corporations through <strong>the</strong> maze of <strong>the</strong> government-contracting business, helping his clients win awards,<br />

perform successfully, control costs, <strong>and</strong> reduce claims. Since founding The Brainard Group, LLC in 2007, he has<br />

designed <strong>and</strong> implemented Government Compliance Programs for small <strong>and</strong> large businesses, <strong>and</strong> he created<br />

<strong>the</strong> ARRA Compliance Program for a major U.S. city in addition to providing a broad range of Government<br />

Jayme Kurtyka – Managing Partner, Resource Holdings, LLC<br />

Mr. Kurtyka launched Resource Holdings, LLC in September of 2009 as a Specialty Corporate Finance <strong>and</strong><br />

Private Equity Principle Investments firm. Most recently, he was a Managing Director of Investment Banking for<br />

Advanced Equities, Inc., LLC (AEI), a Chicago-based Private Equity Investment Bank specializing in Silicon Valleybacked<br />

late stage private equity financing rounds.<br />

While with AEI, Mr. Kurtyka played a key role in financing numerous tier-one venture-backed Clean-tech<br />

companies including: Altra Biofuels, Amyris, Bloom Energy, Cilion, Range Fuels, Sol Focus <strong>and</strong> Suniva. He was<br />

also instrumental in financing o<strong>the</strong>r leading Silicon Valley-based high-tech companies, such as Infinera, RMI<br />

Corp., Peregrine Semiconductor, eAsic Corporation, Foveon Inc., Presto Services Inc., <strong>and</strong> Luxtera. The AEI<br />

banking team was responsible for well over $1B of Venture Capital funding after his tenure began in 2005.<br />

Mr. Kurtyka is a Wall Street veteran of more than 26 years, having served as a portfolio manager for highnet-worth<br />

clients at William Blair <strong>and</strong> Co., Drexel Burnham Lambert, Oppenheimer <strong>and</strong> Co., <strong>and</strong> Donaldson,<br />

Lufkin & Jenrette, where he was fund manager for ISG Investment Partners. He graduated from Michigan State<br />

University’s College of Social Science in 1980 <strong>and</strong> earned his Juris Doctorate degree at <strong>the</strong> Illinois Institute<br />

of Technology’s Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1986. Mr. Kurtyka serves on <strong>the</strong> Rice University Clean-tech<br />

Glenn Rambach, Ph.D. – Founder, Third Orbit Power Systems<br />

Mr. Rambach has been a leader in <strong>the</strong> advanced energy research sector since 1974. Motivated by <strong>the</strong> need<br />

for energy independence, security, <strong>and</strong> clean energy systems, his research has included diesel combustion<br />

systems, alternative liquid fuels, laser fusion, hydrogen production <strong>and</strong> storage, fuel cell system designs <strong>and</strong><br />

integrated renewable energy systems using storage. Renewable energy has been his focus since 1990.<br />

Mr. Rambach has developed optimization methods for design <strong>and</strong> operation of intermittent renewable energy<br />

systems where energy storage provides on-dem<strong>and</strong> power, <strong>and</strong> his 5kW wind-solar-hydrogen-fuel cell facility<br />

still operates at <strong>the</strong> University of Nevada, Reno. He has worked as a research engineer at Stanford University<br />

<strong>and</strong> spent 20 years at <strong>the</strong> Livermore <strong>and</strong> S<strong>and</strong>ia National Labs. Previously, he served as Director of Engineering<br />

at Texaco Ovonic Fuel Cells, Director of New Technology at Tenneco Automotive, <strong>and</strong> fuel cell system advisor to<br />

<strong>the</strong> U.S. Army Tank Automotive Comm<strong>and</strong>.<br />

Most recently, Mr. Rambach completed R&D contracts supporting a nuclear company <strong>and</strong> a defense contractor<br />

in <strong>the</strong> areas of hydrogen economics, very large-scale hydrogen production <strong>and</strong> transport, syn<strong>the</strong>tic <strong>and</strong><br />

renewable hydrocarbon fuels. In 1999, he gave an invited lecture on “Integrated Renewable Energy Systems” at<br />

<strong>the</strong> Russian Academy of Science in Moscow. He received his Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering from Cal Poly<br />

University <strong>and</strong> his Master’s in Aerospace Engineering from Princet<br />

Richard F. Ch<strong>and</strong>ler – Investor Relations<br />

Richard Ch<strong>and</strong>ler brings nearly 30 years of global corporate development, M&A <strong>and</strong> capital raising experience<br />

to <strong>the</strong> <strong>One</strong> <strong>Globe</strong> Corporation. He has raised over $200M in Venture Capital <strong>and</strong> Private Equity for five startup<br />

companies <strong>and</strong> several established organizations, both privately held <strong>and</strong> public corporations. He was<br />

responsible for <strong>the</strong> successful sale of three of those companies <strong>and</strong> took one firm through its Initial Public<br />

Offering. He is also a business veteran with leadership skills acquired from holding executive positions in a<br />

Fortune 50 telecommunications company all <strong>the</strong> way to co-founding four technology start-ups. Richard is<br />

also a Strategic Advisor for several renewable energy companies <strong>and</strong> works with companies ranging from<br />

<strong>the</strong>rmovoltaic <strong>and</strong> geo<strong>the</strong>rmovoltaic products to <strong>the</strong>rmoreflective filters. Mr. Ch<strong>and</strong>ler holds a BS in Marketing<br />

<strong>and</strong> was appointed by AT&T to attend <strong>the</strong> Advanced Leadership Development Program at <strong>the</strong> Massachusetts<br />

Pacific Renewable Group, LLC<br />

David Shutte is Managing Director of Pacific Renewable Group, LLC, <strong>and</strong> has over 25 years of financial, business<br />

development <strong>and</strong> contacting experience in <strong>the</strong> energy industry. He has spent over 20 years in <strong>the</strong> independent power<br />

project (IPP) industry, including financial management <strong>and</strong> business development positions for several publicly-traded<br />

<strong>and</strong> privately-held IPP firms. Mr. Shutte’s accomplishments in <strong>the</strong> energy industry include: developed <strong>and</strong> closed<br />

over $2B (2,000 MW) in Greenfield electric power <strong>projects</strong> with multiple technologies; closed approximately $1.5B in<br />

non-recourse senior debt financings on related electric power <strong>projects</strong>; <strong>and</strong> raised about $300M in development <strong>and</strong><br />

equity capital. In recent years, he has assisted renewable energy developers with integrating <strong>the</strong>ir project’s principal<br />

agreements with project financing. Mr. Shutte’s education includes a B.A. in Accounting, an MBA in Finance <strong>and</strong> a<br />

JD degree, all from Michigan institutions. He was a member of <strong>the</strong> Michigan State Bar for over 20 years.<br />

Alvaro Cedeño-Molinari<br />

Alvaro Cedeño-Molinari, a lawyer by profession with a Masters in Peace <strong>and</strong> Conflict Transformation, has been<br />

working for <strong>the</strong> Costa Rican government during <strong>the</strong> last four years, first as Chief of Staff for <strong>the</strong> Ministry of<br />

Foreign Trade, <strong>and</strong> later as <strong>the</strong> Commercial Counselor for his country’s first diplomatic mission at <strong>the</strong> Embassy<br />

in Beijing. He has participated as presenter, facilitator, <strong>and</strong> organizer at international conferences in India, Israel,<br />

Russia, Thail<strong>and</strong>, <strong>and</strong> United States, mainly in <strong>the</strong> field of international relations. His professional interests focus<br />

on sustainable resource management, renewable energy generation, <strong>and</strong> social entrepreneurship for <strong>the</strong> green<br />

economy. He has visited more than 40 countries around <strong>the</strong> world, establishing a strong network of current<br />

<strong>and</strong> potential partners for his endeavors. He has lived for at least three months in Guatemala, Brazil <strong>and</strong> India,<br />

<strong>and</strong> more than two years in Norway <strong>and</strong> China. This year he will be based out of South Australia.<br />

Mr. Cedeño-Molinari graduated as a lawyer from <strong>the</strong> University of Costa Rica (2001). He later obtained a Masters<br />

degree in Peace Studies <strong>and</strong> Conflict Transformation (2004) from <strong>the</strong> University of Tromsø, Norway, where<br />

he has taught workshops on intercultural competence building <strong>and</strong> conflict transformation. Currently, he is<br />

studying a Masters in Public Policy <strong>and</strong> Management at Carnegie Mellon in Australia, expected to graduate by<br />

December, 2010.<br />

Roger Devito<br />

Roger Devito has 26 years of experience as an energy services professional <strong>and</strong> attorney specializing in private<br />

power generation, project development, finance, acquisition, evaluation <strong>and</strong> management. WIth his legal,<br />

contractual, <strong>and</strong> financial background <strong>and</strong> extensive project development expertise, Mr. Devito offers a wide<br />

range of services to energy sector companies. He is capable of managing virtually all aspects of an acquisition<br />

of power-related entities <strong>and</strong> or assets, or <strong>the</strong> development of a project from its inception. Mr. Devito has been<br />

involved in over 1000MW of power generation <strong>projects</strong> both in <strong>the</strong> U.S. <strong>and</strong> internationally.<br />

James Hammett<br />

James Hammett has 35 years of federal, state <strong>and</strong> private project development <strong>and</strong> project management experience.<br />

He has a demonstrated ability to create <strong>and</strong> implement innovative development strategies <strong>and</strong> award-winning<br />

design-build <strong>projects</strong>. Responsibilities have included strategic planning, acquisition of real estate, management of<br />

project design, securing project entitlements, project financing, <strong>and</strong> oversight of construction management.<br />

Scott D. Jones<br />

Scott Jones has over 25 years of experience as a Development Construction Manager with a reputation for<br />

consistently delivering <strong>projects</strong> on budget <strong>and</strong> on schedule. He has specific expertise in l<strong>and</strong> planning, civil<br />

engineering, environmentally sensitive sites, infrastructure, construction scheduling <strong>and</strong> resource management<br />

for large acreage <strong>and</strong> large investment developments. His project experience has included federal, state, public,<br />

private, commercial, upscale residential, resorts, hotels, marinas, multi-family, <strong>the</strong>me parks, Olympic venues,<br />

<strong>and</strong> golf course construction throughout <strong>the</strong> U.S., Mexico <strong>and</strong> Costa Rica. Mr. Jones serves as an expert witness<br />

in development construction-related legal matters with a specialty in golf course development construction.<br />

He is a certified Society of Workforce Planning Professionals (SWPP) planner <strong>and</strong> inspector <strong>and</strong> also holds<br />

certifications in construction management <strong>and</strong> brownfield development from <strong>the</strong> Urban L<strong>and</strong> Institute.<br />

Pedro M. Muñoz<br />

Pedro M. Muñoz was <strong>the</strong> partner in charge of opening <strong>the</strong> Nicaragua office of F.A. Arias & Muñoz, but now<br />

resides part time in San José <strong>and</strong> part time in Guanacaste, a province of Costa Rica which is well known for its<br />

tourism boom. In Guanacaste, Pedro heads a very active law practice. He has cultivated his real estate practice<br />

<strong>and</strong> has developed a Municipal law <strong>and</strong> tax practice. During <strong>the</strong> last months, Mr. Muñoz has advised (pro bono)<br />

a Municipality in Costa Rica in <strong>the</strong> collection of l<strong>and</strong> taxes <strong>and</strong> back taxes from a major real estate developer,<br />

has advised <strong>the</strong> seller of a major stock stake in <strong>the</strong> Nicaraguan incumbent telecom company, as well as a major<br />

food production company in <strong>the</strong> multijurisdictional divestiture of a production line. Pedro has also counseled<br />

a buyer in <strong>the</strong> acquisition of a controlling stake in <strong>the</strong> l<strong>and</strong> mark hotel <strong>and</strong> biggest <strong>and</strong> best known conference<br />

center in Costa Rica, <strong>and</strong> has given local counsel to a major Dutch brewer in <strong>the</strong> acquisition of a minority stake<br />

(25%) in Costa Rica’s largest (really <strong>the</strong> only) brewery.<br />

Mr. Muñoz obtained a Masters Degree in Laws <strong>and</strong> Diplomacy in The Flec<strong>the</strong>r School of Law <strong>and</strong> Diplomacy,<br />

Tufts University, Boston, Massachussets, (Fulbright Scholar 1996). He obtained his Juris Doctor from Law School,<br />

Universidad de Costa Rica (1992). He obtained Honor Scholarship, Universidad de Costa Rica (1988, 1990, 1991).<br />

His Juris Doctor Degree has been recognized by <strong>the</strong> Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua (1998). Mr.<br />

Muñoz is authorized as a practicing Attorney <strong>and</strong> Notary Public in Costa Rica (1992).<br />

Dianne Severance<br />

Dianne Severance has over 30 years of real estate investment, development <strong>and</strong> management experience.<br />

She specializes in guiding <strong>and</strong> driving complex <strong>and</strong> unique developments, <strong>and</strong> has particular expertise in<br />

redevelopment areas, financial feasibility <strong>and</strong> pro-forma analysis, urban design, <strong>and</strong> market rate <strong>and</strong> affordable<br />

housing. Ms. Severance brings leadership competency through seasoned judgment, people skills <strong>and</strong> resultsfocused<br />

capabilities. Successful <strong>projects</strong> include: Tahoe Center for Environmental Sciences, an innovative<br />

public-private partnership for a world-class research <strong>and</strong> education facility at Lake Tahoe; redevelopment of<br />

<strong>the</strong> South of Market Area (SOMA) in San Francisco with Bayside Village, as development manager for Forest City<br />

Development. She was also key player in <strong>the</strong> master planning <strong>and</strong> construction of a 20-acre, $120M private<br />

college campus project in Lake Tahoe.<br />

Don L. Vick<br />

Mr. Vick entered <strong>the</strong> Renewable Energy Industry, specifically Photovoltaic Solar Project Development, in late<br />

2008 after over thirty years in Real Estate Development, Redevelopment, Marketing & Sales, <strong>and</strong> Real Estate<br />

Investment Portfolio Management. His Real Estate career began in <strong>the</strong> late 1970’s with family owned Vick<br />

Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. O<strong>the</strong>r honors include NCAA All-American springboard diving<br />

<strong>and</strong> World Championship professional high diving. Projects to date totaling over $350M have included resort,<br />

commercial, industrial, residential, multifamily, <strong>and</strong> ranch l<strong>and</strong>. Most are in Texas, Colorado, <strong>and</strong> now Arizona,<br />

where he currently resides. His favorite project to date was <strong>the</strong> restoration of The Baldpate Inn, now on <strong>the</strong><br />

National Register of Historic Places, just outside of Estes Park, Colorado, next to <strong>the</strong> Rocky Mountain National Park.<br />

Barbara D’Anneo – Healthcare <strong>and</strong> Philanthropy<br />

Barbara D’Anneo served as a fund development professional for over seven years <strong>and</strong> has held a variety of<br />

high-level volunteer positions for 40 years. Her diverse skill set includes planning, organizing <strong>and</strong> managing<br />

multi-faceted, complex fundraising activities. She has experience in developing strong donor support bases<br />

<strong>and</strong> major support groups; securing grants from government, foundation <strong>and</strong> community organizations,<br />

community relations, marketing, <strong>and</strong> special events; contributing to improved growth, name recognition <strong>and</strong><br />

increased organization sustainable resources. Ms. D’Anneo’s accomplishments also include: serving as Board of<br />

Directors Chair for <strong>the</strong> Alta Bates Summit Foundation, where she received a lifetime appointment; <strong>and</strong> chairing<br />

<strong>the</strong> Board of Directors for <strong>the</strong> Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center Foundation, where she led a $12-million<br />

campaign for a state-of-<strong>the</strong>-art Cancer Center.<br />

Rich Freeman – Environment <strong>and</strong> Government Relations<br />

Rich Freeman brings more than 25 years of experience of Federal government service to <strong>the</strong> <strong>One</strong> <strong>Globe</strong><br />

Foundation. Mr. Freeman has worked for <strong>the</strong> U.S. Environmental Protection Agency where he implemented<br />

Clean Water Act <strong>and</strong> Safe Drinking Water Act regulations. He also played a major role in developing <strong>the</strong> first<br />

Federal regulations allowing <strong>the</strong> Federal government to treat Indian Tribes as States with respect to awarding<br />

grants <strong>and</strong> implementing environmental programs on <strong>the</strong> reservations. Mr. Freeman has also worked for <strong>the</strong><br />

U.S. Department of Energy where he served as a Project Manager on multiple mixed waste cleanup <strong>projects</strong> at<br />

various National Laboratories. He also worked as <strong>the</strong> Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative on various<br />

Congressional grant packages. Prior to working for <strong>the</strong> Federal government, Mr. Freeman was employed<br />

by Argonne National Laboratory as an Aquatic Ecologist <strong>and</strong> participated in writing Environmental Impact<br />

Statements. Mr. Freeman holds a Masters Degree in Environmental Science <strong>and</strong> has taught college level<br />

courses in Environmental Assessment <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> National Environmental Policy Act.<br />

Linda Gray – Real Estate<br />

Ms. Gray has worked in <strong>the</strong> real estate industry for over 24 years, as a broker, manager of a Coldwell Banker<br />

office in Laguna Beach, California, <strong>and</strong> Executive Director <strong>and</strong> President of Coldwell Banker Costa Rica (master<br />

franchise). She owns two Coldwell Banker offices in northwest Costa Rica <strong>and</strong> is President Emeritus <strong>and</strong><br />

Founding Director of <strong>the</strong> Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors. Ms. Gray contributes to <strong>the</strong> communities<br />

where she lives, including serving as Vice President of <strong>the</strong> Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce <strong>and</strong> Laguna<br />

Beach City Council Senior & Human Affairs Commission. In Costa Rica, she has been philanthropically involved<br />

in l<strong>and</strong> acquisition for <strong>One</strong> <strong>Globe</strong> Foundation by securing multiple sites for its University for Sustainability.<br />

Ms. Gray is an alumni of Pepperdine University, where she earned a Masters Degree in Communications. At<br />

California State University Long Beach, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administration of Justice.<br />

David Mattocks, Ph.D. – Environment, Philanthropy <strong>and</strong> International Relations<br />

David Mattocks is a seasoned executive <strong>and</strong> an internationally recognized leader in sustainable business<br />

practices. As an environmental scientist <strong>and</strong> an organizational development specialist, he has provided<br />

direction <strong>and</strong> conducted assessments for numerous organizations in North America, Asia, Africa, <strong>and</strong> Latin<br />

America. Dr. Mattocks is president of GreenPro, where he works with companies to develop profitable marketbased<br />

environmental solutions. Formerly, he served as president <strong>and</strong> CEO of <strong>the</strong> Sierra Business Council,<br />

a national leader on sustainable solutions comprised of over 700 business <strong>and</strong> community leaders. While<br />

serving as president, he provided leadership in raising $8.4B in funding for clean water <strong>and</strong> natural resources<br />

on <strong>the</strong> California Executive Committee in 2007. Dr. Mattocks also was named a National Kellogg Foundation<br />

Leadership Fellow, served as Founding Director of <strong>the</strong> Ford Institute, as a Senior Program Officer for <strong>the</strong><br />

Science <strong>and</strong> Continuing Professional Education including a Ph.D. from <strong>the</strong> University of Wisconsin at Madison, a<br />

M.A. from Washington State University, <strong>and</strong> a B.S. from Seattle Pacific University.<br />

Wendy Mueller – Finance<br />

Wendy Mueller is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Nevada <strong>and</strong> Texas <strong>and</strong> currently practices certified<br />

public accounting in Incline Village, Nevada. Her emphasis is on business assurance services, which include<br />

financial reporting, budgeting, <strong>and</strong> analysis. Ms. Mueller began her career with <strong>the</strong> international accounting<br />

firm of Coopers & Lybr<strong>and</strong>, L.L.P., (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers), where she was promoted to<br />

manager in 1998. Ms. Mueller left to join AquaSource, Inc., a subsidiary of DQE. As Director of Business<br />

Development, her responsibilities included <strong>identify</strong>ing acquisition targets <strong>and</strong> performing financial due<br />

diligence on those potential acquisitions. In 1999 certain employees were transferred to Acquisition Partners’<br />

Inc., to solely perform acquisitions for AquaSource, Inc. At Acquisition Partners’ Inc., Ms. Mueller was Vice<br />

President of Acquisitions for <strong>the</strong> Western Region. In <strong>the</strong> summer of 2000, Ms. Mueller joined <strong>the</strong> firm of William<br />

J. Cr<strong>and</strong>all Chartered to continue her career in Business Assurance services. In 2004, Ms. Mueller launched her<br />

own firm, Mueller <strong>and</strong> Company.<br />

Rick Rantz – Education<br />

Rick Rantz has a research background <strong>and</strong> publishes on higher education finance. He has been employed by Baylor<br />

University, <strong>the</strong> University of Houston, <strong>and</strong> three California community college districts. He was instrumental in planning<br />

<strong>and</strong> building <strong>the</strong> Tahoe-Truckee Campus of Sierra College; in developing <strong>the</strong> district’s Institute for Sustainability; <strong>and</strong><br />

in winning several career <strong>and</strong> technical education grants. As current Dean, The Extended Campus at Allan Hancock<br />

College, he is actively involved in planning a $38M public safety complex; is developing a green technology program;<br />

<strong>and</strong> spearheads <strong>the</strong> economic <strong>and</strong> workforce development initiatives for <strong>the</strong> district. Mr. Rantz has lived <strong>and</strong> worked<br />

in South America <strong>and</strong> serves as <strong>the</strong> president <strong>and</strong> CEO of <strong>the</strong> Celidon Foundation, an organization <strong>that</strong> has a strategic<br />

alliance with <strong>the</strong> <strong>One</strong> <strong>Globe</strong> Foundation. He is also <strong>the</strong> co-Founding Director of <strong>One</strong> <strong>Globe</strong> University.<br />

Robbin Goebel – Headquarter Operations<br />

With a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, Ms. Goebel owned <strong>and</strong> operated a private school in Los<br />

Angeles County for nearly 20 years. Her administrative experience during <strong>the</strong> past decade has focused on <strong>the</strong><br />

arts, including positions with a film festival, dance <strong>the</strong>atre, <strong>and</strong> as education <strong>and</strong> publicity director of a nonprofit<br />

arts organization based at Lake Tahoe. For 12 years, Robbin coordinated Artist-in-Residencies with worldclass<br />

performers <strong>and</strong> talented regional artists in schools <strong>and</strong> for community organizations.<br />

Julie Snyder – Strategic Communication Director<br />

Ms. Snyder translates organizational visions <strong>and</strong> programs into actionable narratives <strong>that</strong> help to advance<br />

client causes. Ms. Snyder has more than 30 years experience in management, marketing <strong>and</strong> publishing. In <strong>the</strong><br />

private sector, she’s directed <strong>the</strong> marketing department of a top international travel company <strong>and</strong> served as<br />

editor of magazines in <strong>the</strong> travel, lifestyle <strong>and</strong> ski industries. In <strong>the</strong> public sector, she has managed volunteer<br />

National Business Journalism Award <strong>and</strong> multiple Catalog Age Gold Awards.<br />

Mary Wilder – Creative Director<br />

Ms. Wilder brings <strong>One</strong> <strong>Globe</strong>’s creative needs to reality through a process <strong>that</strong> involves absorbing relevant<br />

visual <strong>and</strong> verbal information until a vision emerges <strong>and</strong> is translated graphically. With almost 30 years<br />

experience in visual arts, she offers a high degree of quality, accuracy <strong>and</strong> attention to detail, as well as a sharp<br />

eye for type <strong>and</strong> design. Her clients have ranged from institutes of higher education to health care providers;<br />

resorts <strong>and</strong> spas to Fortune 500 sales training consultants; <strong>and</strong> from financial institutions to celebrity speakers.<br />

With this wide array of clientele, she has developed an ability to adapt to <strong>and</strong> communicate effectively with<br />

diverse audiences.<br />

Lynea Woosley – Event Management<br />

Ms. Woosley is an event manager with <strong>the</strong> organizational <strong>and</strong> vendor relations skills <strong>and</strong> attention to detail<br />

critical in <strong>the</strong> production of world-class events. She has produced fundraisers, site dedications <strong>and</strong> community<br />

forums, launched capital campaigns <strong>and</strong> created events for a host of international figures including former<br />

Pakistan Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto <strong>and</strong> renowned Egyptologist Dr. Zahi Hawass. Ms. Woosley previously<br />

held a leadership role with Live Marketing, a tradeshow <strong>and</strong> event marketing agency in Chicago. Ms. Woosley<br />

was also <strong>the</strong> logistical wizard behind <strong>the</strong> highly acclaimed Walk <strong>the</strong> Talk event <strong>that</strong> highlighted San Francisco’s<br />

celebration of World Environment Day in 2006.<br />
