Wisconsin’s vibrant food community continues
to inspire us on a daily basis, and we hope to share our good fortune with you in this

dairy farms is crafted into a great many beautiful, award-winning cheeses by our state’s
talented cheesemakers. It has continued to be a joy to see and taste how those cheeses
