ESSENTIAL GUIDE The Retail Week Awards 2017 will be held on Thursday 9 March 2017 at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London W1K 7TN. Please read the following information carefully and ensure that it is passed on to all attending. TIMINGS FOR THE NIGHT 18.45 – Drinks Reception, Ballroom 19.30 – Opening Address followed by dinner, Great Room 21.45 – Awards Ceremony, Great Room 23.00 – End of Ceremony followed by After Show Party, Ballroom 03.30 – Carriages ACCOMMODATION Accommodation agency, PHR, have produced a rate card for hotels in the surrounding area of the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane* for the evening of the 9 March 2017. You can access the rate card on the link below using the code 'rwa’ www.phrweb.co.uk/events.aspx?event=rwa *Please note that the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London will have limited availability in March 2017 so we advise that if you wish to stay in the venue that you book accommodation early. INVITATIONS All guests are advised to bring their invitations with them on the night. We cannot guarantee that any guest will be granted entry without their invite. Invitations will be sent out approx. 2 weeks before the event. DRESS CODE The event is Black Tie. GUEST ACCESS REQUIREMENTS & WELL BEING If any guests have specific access requirements or will need assistance on the night please inform us as soon as possible. We would also like to remind you that from the start of the awards lighting effects (including strobe lighting) and loud music will be in operation. Alcohol will be served throughout the night and we are ask to remind our guests to please drink responsibly.
