Macarons
Our macarons are supplied freshly made and are best suited to be frozen on receipt and used to top up refrigerated
or counter stock. Once defrosted, either store them refrigerated or serve at room temperature. Ideal for serving with
coffee, tea or cocktails, or for adding to luxury dessert plates.
6 classic flavours :
Bourbon Vanilla, Double Chocolate, Strawberries & Cream, Double Pistachio,
Salted Caramel, Lemon Meringue.

Each box contains :

This product can be sold direct from a dessert/sweet freezer or store in a store room freezer and use to restock
a dessert display refrigerator. Once refrigerated, add a best before date of 16 days.

Gloop! Luxury Dessert Sauces
Hand made in small batches to ensure high quality. Gloop! dessert sauces are ideal for
topping puddings, or baking into desserts or sponges. Store at room temperature. Sugar
crystallisation may occur if stored below 10°c for prolonged period although this will not
impair the flavour.

Cases can be mixed to specification from 4 available flavours:
Salted Caramel: Award winning Great Taste Gold Star 2015. A rich buttery caramel with a hint of Cornish sea salt.
Chocolate Fudge: An intensely dark and rich, sweet chocolate fudge sauce.
Gingerbread: A warming, gently spiced gingerbread flavoured sauce.
Lemon & White Chocolate: A white chocolate ganache sauce bursting with real lemon juice.
Part case orders accepted. £3.00 per unit (minimum order of 12 jars)

Re-usable PVC tower with a carry case. Holds approx 40 macarons (not included)
over 4 tiers.
Ideal as display or for up selling macarons as gifts.

Terms and Conditions for Trade orders
Orders for goods
1. Orders should be placed by telephone or email and received by us by 9am on Monday morning for delivery within that
week. (If you have an urgent order, we may be able to assist—please call us and we will do our best).
2. Goods will only be supplied in the quantities and flavours described overleaf. For the trade boxes of macarons, we can
only supply in the quantities and flavours stated. However, we reserve the right to change flavour quantities should we
be unable to meet supply but will always provide a full 144 or half 72 box as standard.
3. By placing an order as set out above, your are obligated to our Terms and conditions for payment as set out below.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, once an order is placed , cancellations can not be accepted and the delivery
and payment terms will apply.
Delivery of Goods
4. Delivery will be between Tuesday and Friday. We will let you know of your delivery date when you order.
5. All delivers will require a signature on receipt. Goods should be inspected on receipt and any discrepancies or damages
should be reported within 24 hours in writing by email. Due to the fresh and fragile nature of our products, we can
not accept responsibility for problems reported after 24 hours of receipt. Please see limitations and liability section for
what we will reimburse.
6. Fresh Macarons should be frozen on receipt to benefit from the full shelf life once defrosted. We can not accept responsibility
for a reduced shelf life due to incorrect storage and handling of goods.
Payment
7. New accounts will be required to make payment for their first order before delivery. Thereafter, for subsequent orders, a
30 day terms of payment will be offered.
8. Payment can be made by BACS , or cheque as per the details set out on the invoice, which will be sent with each delivery
or by email to the accounts department.
9. New businesses that have not been trading for a minimum of 6 months will be required to pay for all orders before delivery.
After 6 months, this will be reviewed for the 30 day payment.
Limitations and Liability
10. If, for any reason we are not able to fulfil your order in the time frames outlined above, we will inform you at the earliest
opportunity and give you an alternative date for delivery which you may or may not accept. If you choose not to accept
it, we will cancel your order and you will not be obligated as set out above.
11. We will not be liable (whether caused by our employees, agents or otherwise) in connection with goods for:
a) any indirect or consequential loss, damage, costs or expenses
b) any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill or reputation, or third party claims
12. Damages or discrepancies to orders reported as in the terms set out above, which prevent the purchaser from reselling
the stock provided, will either be deducted off the relating invoice or credit in goods will be applied for subsequent
orders (whichever the customer wishes to receive) but only for a like-for-like replacement of damaged quantities.
Due to the fragile nature of our goods, we reserve the right to ask for photographic evidence of breakages and quantities.
Delivery costs of £10 per order applies.
