In the Report on the War Damage, which the damaged Julija Rajh, the daughter of
Moric, 68 years old, the worker, permanently resided in Banjaluka, Jewess, submitted on
October 15th 1945 in Banja Luka, was stated that on April 15th 1941 under German’s
occupation the damage caused the German and Ustashe Government by taking of the property
(home furnishing, the furniture and corns were taken without an inventory list). The damaged
property and the lost revenue, according the Submitter of the Request and according the
Municipal Commission were 10.000 dinars. Julija Rajh was arrested by Ustashe and she was
imprisoned for seven months. The lost net income, according the Submitter of the Request
and according the Municipal Commission was 14.000 dinars. 2190

He finished the Medical Faculty in Zagreb.
On the basis of the Decision of the Ministry of Health NDH, Number 19798/43 as of
July 20th 1943, Dr Emil Reich, the employee under the Contract in the Institute for Control of
Endemic Syphilis in Banjaluka, he carried out the duty of the Municipal Doctor. 2192
He was in the group of clerks and officials from Banjaluka, who, on September 27 th
1944 joined to the Partisans. The Partisans invaded the city on September 19th 1944. 2193
The contracted salary should have been increased to him as of January 4 th 1945. 2194

Prijedor, mining clerk, was arrested on June 25 th in unidentified year (most likely in 1942) in
