lawyers who work on complex transactions. This role will suit a solicitor<br />

Corporate Solicitor<br />
Our Client, one of Dublin’s leading Law Firms are looking to add a<br />
Corporate Solicitor to their team of highly skilled Corporate Lawyers. They<br />
are looking for experienced Solicitors in this area preferably coming from a<br />
Top 20 firm. This opportunity will allow you to work on exciting new deals<br />
within a dynamic environment.<br />
Banking Lawyer<br />
We are currently looking for Banking Lawyers for a number of our Clients.<br />
All levels required for various Top, Mid and Boutique sized firms. Experience<br />
advising on corporate banking transactions essential. Positions are aimed<br />
at ambitious candidates with a strong financial background.<br />
Newly Qualified Solicitor<br />
A number of Newly Qualified Solicitor positions within various departments<br />
including; Property, Liti<strong>ga</strong>tion, Energy & Renewables, Banking, Corporate,<br />
Employment and Tax. Commercial experience is preferred. Candidates are<br />
expected to have excellent drafting and negotiation experience.<br />
