Trainees Visit @ The Store<br />

METRO SYSTEMS Romania trainees have participated in a different kind of store visit with the<br />
support of METRO Cash & Carry Baneasa. They worked together as a team while they observed<br />
MCC customers and created observation sheets on facts related to customer behavior. The purpose<br />
of the visit was to understand the natural environment of clients and extract valuable information<br />
for innovation ideas that are most relevant to the store.
