Question the hidden message in your music
Living in a world where people have too much to do in too little time, music is
used to help us unwind and deal with our daily chores. We are all
exposed to whatever message artists hide in repetitive lyrics with catchy tunes.
Teenagers, in particular, are seen as easy targets. If you were to analyze
your music, would you know its actual meaning? It is said that “we are
what we eat”, when it comes to songs, it happens the same thing. If you listen
to a certain type of music, you are more likely to end up agreeing to a
certain extent, to what the singer or band is talks about.
Being reggaeton and pop the most popular music genres at the moment, we
have to ask ourselves, do we feel represented by it? Do we agree with what they
say?
Adolescents these days live by what trends dictate, reason why they are seen as
easy targets. Therefore, they are bombarded with ads telling them what to buy
and how to look. Even the music industry has implemented this
marketing technique!
If you were constantly under the influence of the media and what is
imposed by society, would you really have opinions based on your
beliefs? Or would you unconsciously follow the “rules”?

Do you know who Jennifer Lopez is? I´m sure that you could recognize her with
ease because she's one of the best singers around the world. We are all aware of
her personal life and lately it´s been rumoured that she has been unfaithful to
her now exboyfriend Marc-Antoni with Drake, who's actually dating.
This has been gossiped for a long time but now, she has been discovered by
a paparazzi. Photos were taken one year ago in Miami, in which the
singer appeared in a very affectionate attitude with Drake itself.
It is world wide known that Drake (Rihanna's actual boyfriend) has a music
section in a gossip magazine, where the photos of their affair were published
on the next page. We are sure that this photos have been seen by the
rapper but he isn't in the mood to talk about the subject.
If he gives and interview explaining what really happened, he will
probably lie to us as he has never let the singer down and he will
never do so. People from their sorroundings have told us that the couple of
the moment are going through a sentimental crisis due to internal problems.
However, we are sure that they will be able to cope with the situation as their
are experts in this subject.
Jennifer Lopez excuses herself by saying that the photos taken are more than
one year old and that the paparazzi has lied on the date of the photographs.
Nevertheless, her husband has blind trust in whatever she says.
In conclusion, is the story true or not? If more information is released, we
won´t hesitate at the time to tell it to you. Be aware, anything could

The word star Nicky Jam
Nowadays the Puerto Rican singer Nicky Jam has become one of the most important
artist in the reggaetón industry. He has been awarded with one Latin Grammy and
seven Latin Billboard.
Nicky`s life has been hard. He was alcoholic and had economical problems. He
promised that if one day he left alcohol, he wouldn`t do it again and that´s what
he did. Nicky moved to Colombia to restart his musical career. Little by little he wrote
good songs which became hits in that country and one day the song “Travesuras”
turned world-famous. The Puerto Rican composer got well-known and with new songs
he reached one billion of views. Now he is one of the best reggaetón singers all over the
world. “Fénix”, which is his new album, has been released recently. If the album
reaches 1 billion of downloads, he will be on the hall of fame.
Nicky Jam has also appeared in the new “Triple X” movie with world-famous actors like
Vin Diesel. Fifty millions dolars were earned in the first week. Maybe this is the
beginning of Nicky`s actor career. Thanks to this film he has become a really good
friend of Vin Diesel. We have seen them together on main events or even celebrating
new year.
It is indubitable that Nicky Jam has a lot of talent and he is so humble too. He has
worked a lot and he will work harder. We will keep you inform next week.

Interview with the "Black Eyed Peas"
Interviewer- Ladies and gentleman we are here today with four of the artists
that marked a turning point in modern music. We are clearly talking about the
Black Eyed Peas, an irrepetitive symbol in what is known as a mix of hip-hop
and pop music type. Sit down and prepare yourselves as our questions will try
to expose the darkest secrets and future plans of this unique band.
First question, what can be expected in the nearby future for the Black Eyed
Peas?
Black Eyed Peas- Newspapers and all sorts of communications have
been rumouring that our new song will be relesed this week and they couldn't be
more correct. If everything goes as planned, "Back Eyed" will be released
between Monday and Thursday. You will be extremely surprized.
Interviewer- If the colapse of the band was provoked by certain
misunderstandings, what has changed between the members of the group to
allow the reunion of the "fantastic four"?
Black Eyed Peas- During our pick of popularity, everyone started chasing their
own objectives and looking for their own benefits. Working as a team is
essential in a music band and adding up the repetitive arguments we had every
single day, made us realize that we had to rest from each otherEven though the
band had broken up, we were still talking and communicating through
whatsapp due to the fact that we were still close friends. Five years later,
Alexandra, our guitarrist, proposed our reunion and it was agreed that it was
time to rock.
Interviewer- What are your thoughts about the new style of music which is
becoming increadibly popular nowadays? Black Eyed Peas- Are you referring to
reguetton? This music type is spreading so quickly it's scary.
Interviewer- Yes, of course. Music lists are been filled with this music and it
looks as if this isn't going to change in the nearby future.
Black Eyed Peas- In my opinion, Im no one to decide whether a type of music is
correct or not as in the world of music rules dont exist. The only thing I would
like to point out is that, if I´m perfectly honest, I prefer the old music to this
new sort of style. Marketing is key nowadays and thats what I dislike the most.
Interviewer- Well, we are running out of time. It´s been a great pleasure been
