(2) Public servants may be transferred by their domestic government on temporary mission to an international court or body. (3) Public servants are required to terminate their current working relationship at the domestic level in order to join the Court. (4) Public servants have their years of service spent in international organisations counted as pensionable service in their domestic pension scheme, sometimes provided they keep contributing to the latter during their period of international civil service (X if contribution) or do not already benefit from the pension scheme of an international organisation (X if no CoE pension). (5) No specific recognition of international service for public servants concerning their possibility to interrupt their domestic career, their right to regain their former post, their career advancement, and their domestic pension rights.
