University of Iowa Wilmette’s Rubin named to President’s List Alexi Rubin, of Wilmette, was named to the university’s President’s List for the fall 2016 semester. The President’s List was established in the fall of 1983 to recognize academic excellence. In order to be included on the list, a student must have a minimum 4.0 grade point average (4.0 is an A) in all academic subjects for the preceding two semesters, with a total of at least 12 semester hours of credit per semester during that period. Wilmette students make dean’s list John Buckingham, Casey Figueredo, Kristen Nykaza, Alexi Rubin and Caroline Smith, all of Wilmette, were named to the dean’s list for the fall 2016 semester. Wilmette residents earn degrees Luke Hidder and Daniel Salgado, both of Wilmette, earned degrees from the University of Iowa at the close of the fall 2016 semester. Hidder received a bachelor’s of arts degree in accounting and Salgado earned a bachelor’s of science in civil engineering. Carthage College Wilmette student studies in Taiwan, Singapore Nicholas Santos, of Wilmette, participated in a J- Term study tour to Taiwan and Singapore with Carthage College. Georgia Tech Wilmette resident makes dean’s list Dianarose Fraum, of Wilmette, made the dean’s list for the fall 2016 semester. University of Delaware Wilmette students named to dean’s list Bradley Nassar and Grace Sowlat, both of Wilmette were named to the dean’s list for the fall 2016 semester. Coastal Carolina University Kenilworth resident makes dean’s list Jennifer Thompson, of Kenilworth, a sophomore majoring in communication was among 2,253 students who made the fall 2016 dean’s List. Miami University Wilmette student named to president’s list Josephine Dondanville, of Wilmette, was named to the president’s list for the fall 2016 semester. She is earning bachelor of science and bachelor of arts degrees majoring in marketing and interactive media studies respectively. University of Dayton Wilmette students make dean’s list John Lee, Daniel Nersesian, Robert Largay, Michael Sernus and Samuel Tanner, all of Wilmette, were named to the dean’s list for the fall 2016 semester. Edgewood College Wilmette student earns semester honors Tim Finnegan, of Wilmette, earned semester honors for the fall 2016 semester.
