Wealden Times Midsummer Fair, set in the stunning grounds of the Hole Park estate near Tenterden, showcases over 250 handpicked exhibitors selling contemporary and vintage home wares, garden accessories, fabulous fashion and jewellery as well as artisan food and drink. All products sold at the fairs are chosen for their exceptional quality, good craftsmanship, originality and fine design, and can either be found inside five large retail marquees or outside in the avenue and around the showground. Stay for the whole day: Street food vendors sell mouthwatering treats, while coffee baristas and local vineyards are on hand to make sure visitors have plenty of opportunities to relax and refuel.

Rosemary Shrager 1.30-2.15pm<br />

The Real Taste of India<br />

During her time filming The Real Marigold Hotel<br />

for the BBC, Rosemary was drawn to the spiritual<br />

life of India, and will share her thoughts on how<br />

food and culture contribute to its healing power.<br />

Rosemary Shrager is a TV personality, chef and<br />

principal of her own Tunbridge Wells cookery<br />

school. Being an old friend of <strong>Wealden</strong> <strong>Times</strong>’<br />

festivals, her warmth and infectious enthusiasm<br />

make her a welcome addition to this year’s line-up.<br />

Brahmananda 2.45-3.30pm<br />

The Transforming Power of Meditation<br />

Sannyasi Brahmananda will talk about the<br />

benefits of meditation and teach a simple<br />

practice to be done daily at home.<br />

Brahmananda runs courses in meditation,<br />

yoga and yoga psychology.<br />
