Founded 1934 in the Japanese city of Kobe, we can draw upon
more than 80 years of experience in researching, developing
and selling commercial and professional audio and security
equipment.
Our pride is that we can use this knowledge to create acoustic
sound fi elds for millions of people to make their lives safer and
more pleasant. Since its founding, TOA has pursued its business
based upon a solid Management Philosophy, which are
the “Three Confi dences”. These important basic foundations
will carry us into an even brighter and prosperous future.
In addition, at TOA “Smiles” convey more than mere satisfaction.
They are a deeper expression - of security, of trust, and of
feelings - and these are keys to the values we deliver. This rare

TOA Electronics Europe GmbH (TEE) is located in Hamburg,
Germany since 1974 and has branches in France, Poland,
Benelux, Russia, South Africa, Dubai and Saudi-Arabia. Our
Export Sales Team takes care of all other EMEA regions.
In each country we have certifi ed distributors, who take care of
their country and requirements. TOA has a very good relationship
to all of its distributors and is in constant communication to get
the best market knowledge. Furthermore our European
warehouse, which is also located in Hamburg, ensures an
immediate access to thousands of TOA products to offer you a
high delivery performance.

Moreover we promote eco-friendly technology and product development,
which has also helped us acquire the ISO 14001 international
standard certifi cation for environment management.
ENSURE HIGH QUALITY
TOA has earned certifi cation under ISO 9001, an international
standard recognizing effective quality assurance efforts. Our
quality management ensures that we meet all requirements for
product planning and development as well as for production,
installation and subsequent services. Additionally we are a
member of the ZVEI, the German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers‘
Association. We are also involved in the development
and revision of various standardization measures in the
area of Voice Evacuation and Intercom.

VOICE ALARM SYSTEMS
In public buildings people facing daily risks of fire, violence, and burglary, therefore Voice Evacuation
Systems are mandatory. Our EN 54 certified voice alarm systems help to make
your every day’s life much safer by leading you safely and without stress out of buildings in a

Our Intercom system is an integrated audio communication system that employs packet
audio technology over an IP network to achieve fast, accurate communications with optimal
