The main improvements undertaken to comply with the standard were; A. Establishment of Objectives and Metrics for Assessment of Compliance B. All hazards with regard to; • Food Safety • Quality • Environmental • Occupational Health And Safety were identified, they were then Risk Assessed and Control Measures were developed (including Critical Control Points) C. Standard Operating Procedures and Work instructions were developed for all processes D.
