Sri. P.Premadasan. The meeting commenced with prayer
followed by Acharya Vandanam. In the welcome speech,
the President expressed his happiness towards active
participation of the committee members during Mannam
Samadhi Acharanam, Board Meeting & Mahila Convention.
Secretary Mr. P.N.Ramesh Kumar presented the minutes and
the same were approved by the committee. The Committee
appreciated the effort by Sri. Lakshmanan for fixing flex
on the stage, same has been appreciated by board officials
too. The committee appreciated Mr. Abhilash Vijay for
the Gramodhayam event organized by the Youth core
committee. Mr. Abhilash Vijay thanked the Karayogam
for helping to arrange the core committee event during the
board meeting.
Mannam Memorial Hall: Shri. Lakshmanan briefed MMH
matters. He updated the fixing of flex on the stage. The
committee approved purchase of office table, book shelf,
slotted rack, two plastic tables, new curtains & fixing.
Mahila Convention: The committee appreciated the
Mahila Core Team and all the Karayogams Mahila teams
for the excellent organization of the Mahila convention.
The committee appreciated Jayadhara team for the active
participation in the Mahila Convention, also for putting a
stall which became successful.
Medical Camp & International Women’s Day: The
Karayogam Mahila Vibhag Jayadhara is planning to organize
a health and dental camp & check up as part of women’s day
celebration on 12.3.2017, Jayadhara also organized some
programs from 6 PM onwards at MMH.
Youth Formation Day: The Karayogam & Yuvadhara have
decided to conduct youth formation day on 19.3.2017 at
MMH at 11AM, Munnekolala with some limited programs
organized by the Yuvadhara team.
Library: The secretary mentioned about the inauguration of
the Library by the Board Chairman & the General Secretary.
It has been decided to collect an annual subscription of
Rs.100 from every subscribers. Additional refundable
security subscription of Rs. 500/- to be collected from
Karayogam non-members. It has been decided to form a
three members committee to manage library activities.
Membership: The committee approved the following new
memberships. a) Mr. Haripriyan
Jayadhara and Yuvadhara matters were also discussed in
the meeting.
Jayadhara celebrated their formation day by cutting the cake
& distributing the sweets.
The meeting concluded after refreshment and vote of
thanks by Shri. T.P.Raveendran, Joint Secretary followed
by National Anthem.

Talent Search 2016 – Felicitation: Karayogam conducted
a joint meeting of Karayogam EC members, Mahila Vibhag
members and Youthwing members to felicitate the winners
of KNSS Talent Search 2016. Meeting was inaugurated
by Karayogam President Sri.K.N.Jayakrishnan. Talent
Search competition winners are Mrs.Renu dev, Lathika
Baiju & Kumari Aiswarya Biju. Karayogam also felicited
Mr.Abhishek, who have passed recent CA exam, son of our
Karayogam member Sri.Venu, residing at BDA Neelasandra.
Karayogam President Sri.K.N.Jayakrishnan and Secretary
Sri.E.V.Mohanan, Board member Sri.T.V.Narayanan,
Mahila Vibhag President Smt.Thangamani S Kurup, Smt.
Saraswathi and Smt. Usha Mohan also spoke in the function.
EC Meeting: Karayogam EC meeting started after the
felicitation meeting completed with light refreshment. The
house observed one minute silent prayer in respect of the
departed soul of our Karayogam member Sri.M.P.Surenderan
Nair’s father Sri.Madhavan Pillai who expired at his
residence,Thiruvananthapuram. Secretary read out minutes
of last E.C meeting which was approved. Treasurer
Sri.K.C.Sukumaran presented the accounts for the month
of February 2017 which was also approved by the house.
Members pointed out that last month EC meeting decision
to conduct the monthly meeting at EC member’s residence
is very difficult to implement because reaching in different
places is not practical. Secretary, said that the house had
not decide to conduct EC meeting only in the member’s
residence. If any hosting member wants to conduct the
meeting at Karayogam office he can do so. Secretary said
that Karayogam Mahila Vibhag “Triveni” members attended
the Mahila convention held on 5th March 2017 at MMECT
School. 35 members attended the meeting with same colour
uniform saree. Bus facility was arranged for members to
attend the meeting.
Financial assistance from KNSS Benevolent Fund:
Secretary informed that our Karayogam member Sri.
Radhakrishnan, who fell sick long time back received
financial assistance from KNSS Benevolent Fund.
Amount has been handed over to his wife Mrs.Jayashree
Radhakrishnan in the Mahila Vibhag meeting by Karayogam
Secretary Sri.E.V.Mohanan along with Smt.Thangamani S
Kurup. Secretary acknowledged receipt of KNSS Directory
from KNSS Board which contents all details of Presidents,
Secretaries, Treasurers of Karayogam, Mahila Vibhag,
Youth wing and Board members which were distributed to
respective persons. Sri.Venugopalan Pillai suggested that
Karayogam maintenance fee R.600/-per annum should
be collected compulsorily from all members. The house
decided to constitute committee one each in Anapalayam
