Like the best Christmas cracker, this party is full
of surprises. Dust off your Ra-Ra skirts and leg
warmers, while our DJ recreates the music of
this wonderful decade, from New Romantics to
Flashdance and plenty in between.
Capture your memories from our free photo
booth*, enjoy your festive party meal; relax;
dance and relive the fantastic sounds of the
80’s. Music from other decades maybe played, if
appropriate.

Terms & Conditions. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
1. Provisional bookings are held for 14 days, after which a
deposit is required.
2. All bookings must be made on the Christmas booking form
and be returned with a non- refundable and non-transferable
deposit of £10.00 per person
3. The final balance and confirmation of numbers must be
made by the 6th November 2017. Failure to comply with this
will result in the loss of booking and associated deposits. No
cancellations or amendments will be accepted after this time.
4. The deposits of absent guests are non-deductable from
the final balance. Furthermore payments made by guests are
NOT refundable or transferable to goods in lieu under any
circumstances.
5. After confirmation of your initial booking we cannot
guarantee to be able to accommodate any increase in
numbers.
6. We cannot accept payments from individual group
members. Deposits and final balances are the responsibility of
the group organiser.
7. Payments of deposits and final balance may be made by
Cash; Debit Card; or a single cheque. Parties submitting more
than one cheque will be subject to a £25.00 administration
charge.
8. For your comfort, all parties are requested to meet in our
pre-function bar area 1 hour prior to the time of your booking.
9. The management reserves the right to refuse entry or eject
from the premises any guest who does not comply with the
dress/sobriety code OR who are causing a nuisance to other
guests.
10. All times shown are subject to approval by the local
licensing authority, Sorry! Persons under 18 years of age are
not permitted to any of the hotel dinner dance events.
11. The Hotel reserves the right to alter or amend any of the
contents and prices of the events without prior notice. In the
event of any function having to be cancelled by the hotel an
alternative date or venue will be offered or a full refund given.
12. A smart casual dress code is requested for all events. For
more formal events where we impose a dress code we will
advise in this brochure or time of booking.
13. Where special requests are made, the hotel will endeavour
to accommodate, however, they cannot be guaranteed.
These requests must be made in writing to the Christmas Coordinator.
14. All services provided on the occasion must be paid prior
to departure.
15. Menu pre-orders must be given to the hotel by 6th
November 2017.
16. In the event of photo booth not being available an
alternative will be provided on the evening.
17. Snow & Ice Party each drink voucher is redeemable on the
night of the event only. Includes 175ml glass of house wine,
pint of draught beer or lager, selected single measure spirits
with mixer and soft drinks only.
18. Only alcohol purchased at the hotel may be consumed on
hotel premises. The hotel reserves the right to check baggage
on arrival.
