customized for our client and the area they are exploring.
SmartHunts are smart
SmartHunts® are fun, challenging, high-tech corporate scavenger hunts delivered on Apple®
iPads®. Our proprietary Apps utilize text messaging, audio, video, FaceTime®, QR Codes,
iMovie®, social media, and GPS tracking to produce the coolest hunts ever! SmartHunts® text
messaging connects teams with their facilitator who tracks them using GPS and monitors
photos and scoring during the hunt using Wi-Fi.
SmartHunts are fun
Teams use Apple iPads to find locations, solve clues, answer trivia, search for items, perform
tasks, complete challenges, and photograph and video activities during the hunt.

SmartHunts Run-of-Show
Opening (.5 hour)
Teams will start with an icebreaker, assign team captains, and be
trained on SmartHunts® and the iPad systems.
SmartHunts® Game (2 hours)
Teams will enjoy local sightseeing, while engaged in the trivia and
video challenges for a two-hour event.
Wrap-up (.5 hour)
Awards and slideshow will be waiting for the teams as they return.
Team scoring will be presented and medals awarded to winning teams.

Amazing Chase SmartHunt®
Ready, set, GO! Amazing Chase SmartHunt is a hightech
outdoor scavenger hunt that starts with an engaging
physical icebreaker to form your group into teams. Teams
are given iPads® with Amazing Race-type instructions and
must analyze the information and clues while developing
the best possible strategy to beat the other teams and
become the champions.
During the hunt, competing teams navigate along a
custom-designed route to complete challenges and
engage in fun activities and stunts. Teams will use our
iPads to answer quizzes, tour points of interest, solve
puzzles, and tackle photo and video missions during their
amazing race.
Once your team has completed all their challenges, they
must race the other teams – and the clock – back to the
home base. Laughter, accomplishment, and fond memories
are additional benefits to this event where trust,
communication, and effective problem solving are the
catalysts to each team’s success.
This high-tech scavenger hunt features two-way messaging
so teams are connected with our lead facilitator,
stationed at the ending location, who tracks teams using
GPS and downloads photos, video, and scoring throughout
the hunt for a big-screen presentation of the action
shot by your teams during the event.

City SmartHunt®
Experience any city or location with our City SmartHunt!
Our SmartHunts team will develop customized high-tech
challenges and clues based on your desired theme and
location. Participants will explore the area, equipped
with Apple® iPads® we provide, loaded with the Smart-
Hunts® App that we develop specifically for events like
yours. We customize each scavenger hunt to fit your
goals, group size, location, and unique content. Our hunts
can even incorporate missions, location integration,
orienteering, and geocaching.

clues to the next stop on the route, all via interaction with
each other and driven by our SmartHunts App technology.
Once a team has completed all the challenges, it’s
time for them to race the other teams back to the finish
line at your ending location. We then wrap up the City
SmartHunt event with an awards ceremony, as well as a
slideshow that is projected on a big screen.
After your program, we will send you a secure link to a
private webpage that contains all the photos and videos
shot by your group. The page also includes an edited

Foodie SmartHunt®
In the spirit of Anthony Bourdain, Andrew Zimmern and
other culinary explorers, we are excited to offer our Foodie
SmartHunt®. Our newest development from the Smart-
Hunts’ creative team guides participants on a competitive
quest to find the tastiest dishes in your region.
Teams of food critics will be provided with a limited budget
and must “taste” their way to victory by sampling some of
the most authentic local cuisine in the area. Your culinary
exploration can be customized for any location to highlight
the best in regional cuisine.
Serious Foodies and casual eaters alike will enjoy this culinary
adventure. We will highlight local restaurants, cafes,
streets vendors, food trucks, farmer’s markets and other
culinary establishments to create a one of a kind adventure
for your group. This event can be adapted to work in
almost any location including a major city, small neighborhood,
resort, winery or restaurant row.
Additional options can be provided to enhance the experience
such as checkpoints that require teams to: prepare
their own culinary creations alongside local chefs using
locally sourced ingredients, participate in a wine tasting
and cheese pairing or engage in a mixology cocktail
competition!

Locate and Donate SmartHunt®
Locate & Donate is a scavenger hunt designed to give
back – a charitable SmartHunt filled with fun and engaging
team bonding activities that will boost your group with a
collective sense of goodwill and accomplishment.
Like the City Hunt, teams armed with iPads® take a custom
tour of the sites of their chosen city – earning points by
completing challenges and solving brainteasers. Little do
they know, a secret mission awaits. At some point, each
team is tasked with a special object retrieval – a mystery
package to be delivered to the event’s final location.

Loaded with the one and only SmartHunts app, the iPads
run the show. Teams are led around the city in a whirlwind
of hilarity and hijinks collecting clues, hunting down items,
finding locations and playing games like Wordles, Puzzles,
Name that Tune, Name that Movie Clip, Touring Points of
Interest, “Before Technology” Quizzes, and Multi-Media
Trivia.
At the hunt’s last location, the mystery packages are finally
revealed to contain puzzle pieces. The team’s final mission
is to assemble these pieces, and to their surprise discover
a large check has formed! This check will represent a charitable

Minute 2 Win It SmartHunt®
Minute 2 Win It! SmartHunt® is a set of high-energy,
high-tech, indoor team building games delivered in and
around your meeting space and venue. The main event
consists of 3-4 uniquely different rounds of challenges
where teams use iPads® to record points and document
experiences with photos and videos.
Round 1 – teams compete in a series of increasingly difficult
group activities using everyday household items.
Our unique scoring system keeps the energy flowing and
teams in the thick of the competition through the event.
Round 2 – teams explore the area with an interactive
SmartHunt, which is a fun, challenging, high-tech scavenger
hunt delivered on Apple iPads.
Round 3 – teams continue to earn points as the competition
heats up in more Minute 2 Win It-style challenges.
During all rounds, teams are earning points by submitting
answers and pass codes into the app. As teams are submitting
answers to our server, a game show feel is created
with a live update leader board displayed in the room for
all to see! Photos taken during the event will be displayed
as a slideshow, followed by an awards ceremony.

Mission Possible SmartHunt®
SmartHunts® offers your group the chance to be a spy,
like Ethan Hunt, embarking on covert operations, collecting
intelligence and deciphering messages – except
your mission is POSSIBLE! The Mission Possible hunt is a
challenging, adult scavenger hunt, using Apple® iPads® to
complete high-tech missions, puzzles, and team-building
games. It’s a great way for your group to get to know each
other, work together to meet a goal, and have fun!

We created a dossier for your mission (our proprietary
SmartHunts app) that has all of the components every
spy needs: text, audio, video and GPS tracking. A mapping
system with clickable pins provides missions and
challenges with on-screen maps. Teams receive vital spy
information they need to complete missions and get
clues to the next challenge.
To complete their Mission Possible, teams need to analyze
clues and develop a strategy, then undertake a series
of challenges, deciphering cryptograms and collecting
intelligence in order to proceed. When the mission has
been completed, teams assemble for their debriefing – a
multi-media presentation put together by the Mission
Coordinator – using photos, videos, and mission success
(scoring) gathered during the event. If you want a
memento of your activities, your Mission Coordinator can
assemble a DVD of your teams undertaking missions during
their hunt. But remember – it’s Top Secret.

Make-a-Movie SmartHunt®

Make-a-Movie SmartHunt® will have your group competing
in a high-tech scavenger hunt while writing and
starring in their own “Hollywood” production!
In these unique team events, your “production team”
is tasked to create a movie trailer from start to finish –
including funding, casting, scripting and making a trailer
– to be considered for the next big blockbuster!
Teams are immersed in the world of moviemaking as our
talented facilitators, proprietary SmartHunts apps, Apple®
hardware, and iMovie® software allow your people to
unleash their creativity—and have fun!
It is not all fun and filming however; as the teams have
no financial backing, and must compete in a challenging
SmartHunt to earn the “cash” needed to finance their film.
Crews will also script and film the scenes they will include
in their masterpiece. Teams must utilize creativity, ingenuity,
planning, and innovation to earn the big contract from
the Studio bigwigs!
After the hilarious screening of each trailer during the
wrap party, judges will announce the winning team and
award medals to the exuberant winners! This high-tech
event can be customized to incorporate your company’s

Museum SmartHunt®
Your group will be competing in their very own custom
Museum SmartHunt! Our SmartHunts team will develop
customized challenges and clues based on your desired
theme. When teams successfully arrive to each point of
interest, they will participate in challenges and stunts to
gain points and win clues to the next stop on the route.
Once your team has completed all the challenges it’s time
to race the other teams and the clock, back to the finish
line. We purposely include more points of interest than
groups can possibly visit in the time allotted, resulting in
a diverse experience that creates interesting conversation
amongst the participants after the event concludes.

Mystery of Da Vinci SmartHunt®
Mystery of Da Vinci blows away old fashioned codebased
hunts. We ditched paper clues, added a Cryptex and
a cache of iPads®. Now, you have the greatest thing since
Da Vinci’s hand sketches: our high-tech Mystery of Da
Vinci SmartHunt! Teams will use iPads® to guide them on
a journey to find a hidden Cryptex that contains the key to
access the final challenge.
Before you embark on your hunt, the hunt facilitator assembles
the teams and explains how to use your iPads to
find the mysterious hidden Cryptex, which contains the
key you need to enter the final location. Can your team
solve the mystery and find the code before time runs out?
Throughout your quest, teams will encounter challenges,
puzzles and coded messages providing a trail of clues to
follow. Teams also need to retrieve select artifacts and find
challenge stations.
At the end of the Da Vinci hunt, teams assemble at the
final location and enter the final code in the Cryptex.
The SmartHunts app sends photos, video and scoring
from the teams to the hunt facilitator throughout the
event. The hunt ends with a big-screen presentation put
together with those photos and videos. Every participant
is given a souvenir video of the day’s activities to take
home and share the fun of the Mystery of Da Vinci hunt.

Dinner with the Mob SmartHunt®
Tired of the same old team activities? Fuggedaboutit! Get
“made” with Buca di Beppo’s hilarious Dinner with the
Mob SmartHunt, a Las Vegas (and NYC) event for corporate
groups that redefines dinner and a show.
Each team will be packing heat with an Apple iPad®.
After a quick training session on the SmartHunts app, the
“Families” are told a hit was mistakenly taken out on a TV
crime family. The mission is to find those family members
and return them to the restaurant for a face to face with
the Godfather.

House of Blues® SmartHunt®
With our House of Blues® Celebrity SmartHunt®,
your teams will participate in a fun, fast-paced,
celebrity-filled, “Mission From God!”, in which you
make your own Jake & Elwood Movie Trailer.
This Celebrity SmartHunt will have teams raising
money to save the orphanage as well as finding Jake
and Elwood Blues, so they can be invited back to the
House of Blues® for a Mission Accomplished party!
After a quick iPad® training with the SmartHunt’s App,
your group will be formed into “blues bands”, issued
dark glasses, and told that the orphanage needs to
be saved. Of course, the only way to do that is to raise
the necessary money at challenge stations found up
and down the Mission course.
Your iPads® will guide the way, quizzing you about
Jake and Elwood movie trivia and tasking you to take
photos and videos on your journey. You will learn
more about your teammates as you share stories and
sightseeing opportunities.
After the event, we will make a movie from the
photos and videos shot during your House of Blues
Celebrity SmartHunt and send it to your group to
distribute or load on your website.
