1 world-class festival!

Welcome

Welcome to the Elora Festival’s 37th Season — gosh, 37 years? That’s almost

deserving of a stained-glass window in the Gambrel Barn!

This Festival is one of Southern Ontario’s signatures of summer. We are

presenting two world premières; hosting America’s finest men’s choir

(Chanticleer); and over 100 of Canada’s best young instrumentalists on one

stage (NYOC).

But there’s much more: a new Starlight Series venue across from the Gambrel

Barn; your home team, the Elora Festival Singers, presenting a variety of

great choral gems; three of Canada’s top classical singers; the Barra MacNeils;

some Billie Holiday; and the exhilarating Montreal Jubilation Choir. And

that’s just a portion of this year’s offerings!

As you can see, this year’s Festival is chock full of amazing stuff! But as we all

know, our guest and home artists, our various stages, and most importantly

you the patrons, make this, the Elora Festival, an annual celebration in song!

New! Festival Coach between Toronto and Elora! See page 35 for more details
