Norton <strong>ConnectSafe</strong> is a free cloud-based service that helps <strong>in</strong> protect<strong>in</strong>g by provid<strong>in</strong>g a layer of<br />

defense by block<strong>in</strong>g malicious sites and sites with offensive content depend<strong>in</strong>g upon the policies<br />

you have selected. It uses the Web content data sequence from its own Symantec RuleSpace<br />

service. Their content data order covers 23 different languages <strong>in</strong> more than 50+ million<br />

websites.<br />

How to configure it <strong>in</strong> different W<strong>in</strong>dows version?<br />

Below are the steps on how to set up <strong>ConnectSafe</strong> on W<strong>in</strong>dowsa.<br />

1. Open Control Panel from Start menu.<br />

2. Then choose Network Connections from Control panel w<strong>in</strong>dow and select your present<br />

4. Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) by scroll<strong>in</strong>g down and go to Properties.<br />

6. Exit from all w<strong>in</strong>dows after select<strong>in</strong>g OK.<br />

displayed <strong>in</strong> the yellow box on this page from the General tab of the Internet Protocol<br />

Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties w<strong>in</strong>dow, <strong>in</strong> the lower section.<br />
