can only report on property adjacent to the front entrance and the<br />

Pool/ Clubhouse areas. We need someone who will give permission<br />

for the Health Department to come on their property to view<br />

violations of neighbors. So please, help us get rid of dangerous<br />

conditions in our subdivision.<br />

STREET LIGHTS<br />

Your Association pays for your streetlights from your annual dues,<br />

whether they work or not. If a light is out in your area, please call<br />

713-207-2222 and report it. Each light pole should have a number<br />

on it. When reporting the out or malfunctioning light, give them the<br />

pole number and closest street address. We want all of our lights<br />

to work. A lighted area is a safer area.<br />

CURFEW REMINDER<br />

We would like to remind residents that being in Harris County means<br />

those under the age of 18 must not be roaming the streets after<br />

midnight. Any children spotted after midnight should be reported to<br />

the Constables at 281-463-6666. Most of the trouble we have in the<br />

subdivision that is attributed to mischievous minors occurs after the<br />

curfew. Once park hours are posted, anyone in the park after hours<br />

will be charged with trespassing.<br />

GARAGE SALE SIGNS<br />

To all <strong>Williamsburg</strong> <strong>Colony</strong> residents, garage sales are great, we<br />

can increase our attic and closet space, locate things we forgot<br />

that we had and most important, make a few extra bucks. The one<br />

thing that is sometimes forgotten is the placement and removal of<br />

our garage sale signs. So please neighbors, if and when you have a<br />

garage sale, let’s try and remember not to place garage sale signs<br />

on any of our community signs or poles. Also, remove signs that<br />

are staked when your garage sale is complete. Cleaner streets do<br />

make a difference.<br />

WILLIAMSBURG COLONY TEENAGE JOB SEEKERS<br />

If you are between 12 and 18 and would like to be added to the teenage<br />

job seeker’s list, please fill out the form on our website (www.<br />

krenekprinting.com, click submissions and choose Jobseekers) with<br />

your name, birthdate (mo. & yr.), phone number, year you will graduate<br />

and the name of your newsletter/subdivision. Check the list of<br />

jobs you want on your form. Please make sure your email is correct,<br />

we send emails in the summer to make sure all the info is still good<br />

and that you want to stay on the list. If we do not hear back from you<br />

after 3 tries, we will remove you from the list until we do. Must have<br />

parent(s) permission.<br />
