Put Ice in wine glass, pour prosseco, add<br />

Pour peach puree into chilled glass and<br />

add sparkling wine. Stir gently.<br />

Pour the ingredients into the old fashioned-<br />

90ml Tomato juice<br />

12,5ml Lemon juice<br />

12,5ml Worcestershire Sauce<br />

glass. Garnish with celery and lemon<br />

Build over crushed ice, in a rock glass.<br />

Stir, then pour the blackberry liqueur over<br />

the top of the drink in a circular fashion.<br />

Garnish with a lemon slice...

1/2 Fresh lime (4 wedges)<br />

2 teaspoons sugar<br />

Place lime and sugar in an old fashioned<br />

glass and muddle. Fill glass with ice and<br />

Cachaça than stir. Garnish wil lime slice.<br />

2 dashes Angostura Bitters<br />

1 sugar cube<br />

Add dash of Angostura bitter onto sugar cube<br />

and drop it into champagne flute. Add cognac<br />

followed by pouring gently chilled champagne.<br />

Garnish with lemon slice and maraschino cherry

37,5ml Citron Vodka<br />

1,25ml Cointreau<br />

50ml Cranberry juice<br />

12,5ml Fresh lime juice<br />

Shake all ingredients in <strong>cocktail</strong> shaker<br />

Strain into a large <strong>cocktail</strong> glass. Garnish<br />

with orange peel.<br />

Warm the Irish whiskey over a burner. Pour into<br />

the glass (for hot drink) hot coffee, and add a<br />

teaspoon of sugar. Float Cream on top.

Pour RedBull in to casablanca glass. Put<br />

Pour all ingredients into highballand stir.<br />

Place sugar cube in old-fashioned glass<br />

and saturate with bitters, add a dash of<br />

plain water.<br />

Muddle until dissolve. Fill the glass with ice<br />

cubes and add whiskey. Garnish with<br />

orange peel and a <strong>cocktail</strong> cherry.<br />
