BLACK CAKE<br />
INGREDIENTS:<br />
• 200 gr of butter<br />
• 2 cups brown sugar<br />
• 2 1/2 cups flour<br />
• 1 teaspoon of<br />
vanilla<br />
• 6 eggs<br />
• 6 chocolate bars<br />
black<br />
• 1 pinch of salt<br />
• 2 teaspoons baking<br />
powder<br />
• 1/2 cup milk<br />
• 1 pinch of cinnamon<br />
• Macerated fruit<br />
STEPS:<br />
‣ First beat butter with sugar until<br />
creamy, add vanilla and cinnamon.<br />
‣ Then add the yolks of the eggs and<br />
reserve the egg whites, add the<br />
flour alternating with the milk.<br />
Melt the chocolate with a little<br />
butter and add to the mixture.<br />
‣ Next pull apart 500 gr of<br />
macerated fruits and mix them with<br />
a little flour so that they do not<br />
go to the bottom of the cake when<br />
baking. Add them to the mixture.<br />
‣ After that lift the egg whites and<br />
mix everything together. Pour the<br />
mixture into a greased and floured<br />
pan and bake at 350º until a<br />
toothpick comes out clean, mold<br />
and let cool on a rack.<br />
‣ Finally sprinkle with icing sugar<br />
and place in a can.
