CHICKEN SALAD<br />

INGREDIENTS:<br />

• 500 gr of potatoes<br />

• 350 gr of carrots<br />

• Salt to taste<br />

• 1 whole chicken<br />

breast<br />

• 1/2 onion<br />

• 2 cloves garlic<br />

• 1 bay leaf<br />

• 350 gr of peas<br />

• 1 stalk of celery<br />

• 10 sprigs of parsley<br />

• 1/2 cup cream<br />

• 1/4 cup mayonnaise<br />

• 1 tablespoon of<br />

mustard<br />

• Black pepper<br />

STEPS:<br />

‣ First cook the carrots and potatoes<br />

in boiling salted water. Let the<br />

carrots boil and the potatoes, until<br />

you can easily chop them with a<br />

fork.<br />

‣ Then place the chicken breast inside<br />

a pot. Cover with water and add<br />

onion, garlic, bay leaf and salt.<br />

Cook over high heat until it starts<br />

to boil, reduce the heat to low and<br />

cook until the breasts have been<br />

cooked.<br />

‣ Next boil the peas apart.<br />

‣ After that chop the potatoes and<br />

carrots, and thaw the chicken<br />

breast.<br />

‣ Finally place the cooked<br />

ingredients in a bowl. Mix the cream<br />

with mayonnaise and mustard, season<br />

with salt and pepper.
