friendly processes. In future, <strong>Hydroxyisobutyric</strong> acid may be the raw material for chemical industries,<br />

<strong>Hydroxyisobutyric</strong> acid possesses antimicrobial properties and hence, it is an important constituent in the<br />

synthesis of penicillin G salt. <strong>Hydroxyisobutyric</strong> acid is also used for the manufacturing ofisochromanes,<br />
