TASTING NOTES<br />

Eye : Pale yellow with fine bubbles<br />

Nose : Very expressive nose with almond, citrus,<br />

hay and flowers aromas. Complexity of the nose<br />

also reveals dried fruits notes.<br />

Palate : The champagne is vivacious and fresh in<br />

the attack with grapefruits notes. The mouth is<br />

well balanced with a nice length with tart and<br />

chalk aromas.<br />
