Pulmicort Respules (Budesonide) bue-DES-oh-nide Classification: Steroid IFU: Moderate Crohn’s disease Action: Steroid that reduces inflammation in the body. Dosage: 0.25 mg/2mL, 0.5 mg/2mL, 1mg/2mL, 3mg, 9mg Route: P.O. Adverse Reaction: Headache, nausea, stomach pain, gas, bloating, constipation, feeling tired, joint pain, acne, cold symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat. Interactions: Adalimumab: May increase the risk of serious and potentially life-threatening infections. Page 148

Relpax (Eletriptan) EL-e-TRIP-tan Classification: Serotonin Receptor Agonist IFU: Migraine Headaches Action: Headache medicine that narrows blood vessels around the brain. Reduces substances in the body that can cause headache pain. Dosage: 20 mg, 40mg, 80 mg Route: P.O. Adverse Reaction: Dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, weakness, tired feeling Interactions: Fentanyl: Increases the risk of a rare but serious condition called the serotonin syndrome, which include symptoms such as confusion, hallucination, seizure, extreme changes in blood pressure, increased heart rate, fever, excessive sweating, shivering or shaking, blurred vision.
