Requip (Ropinirole) roe-PIN-i-ROLE Classification: Dopamine antagonist IFU: Parkinson’s disease Action: Treats Parkinson disease and restless leg syndrome. Dosage: 12 mg, 6 mg, 2 mg Route: P.O. Adverse Reaction: Constipation, dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, headache, increased sweating, lightheadedness, loss of appetite, nausea, sore throat, flu-like symptoms, tiredness, vomiting, weakness. Interactions: Benzodiazepines, medicines for mental or mood problems, or medicines for sleep because the risk of severe drowsiness may be increased. Estrogens.
