1. <strong>From</strong> 'In' and 'Out' tray of your printer, remove all the paper from<br />

'Out' tray. Now in the lower tray of the printer place about 30 index<br />
cards in the 'In' tray.<br />
2. In order to align the index cards on the right side of the device you<br />
can use a width adjuster. If right alignment done properly, the<br />
width adjuster will touch the left side of the index cards.
3. With the help of paper length adjuster align the length of printer tray.<br />
Then move the adjuster towards the index cards. The adjuster will touch<br />
the index card's top if performed properly. Now, put the 'Out' tray back<br />
into its place.<br />
4. <strong>To</strong> let your device able to print, change the properties of the printer.<br />
<strong>From</strong> the desktop of your PC, go to Start> Settings> <strong>Printer</strong>s and then<br />
right click on your printer machine. Choose Properties and then select<br />
Paper or Set Up option. Depending upon the <strong>HP</strong> device model you are<br />
using, the names of the tab can be different. Select the size from paper<br />
size drop down. And then finally click OK.<br />
5. For creating the index cards print the document from the program.
