INTRODUCTION<br />

• This cook book will include 10 recipes<br />

from around the world. Thoose recipes<br />

are very nice and easy to make. Most<br />

of them are made with meat. Also,<br />

every recepi will include the<br />

information and introduction of the<br />

country where the recepi is from. You<br />

will find full explanation how to make<br />

each food with a least of recepies.<br />

Also, there are some pictures to show<br />

you how your food will look like.

• Hi, my name is Alex. I’m from Ukraine, I was born in<br />

Kiev.I’m studying in Canada for three years. First<br />

year I was studying in Vancauver and now I’m<br />

finishing my second year in Mississauga “Toronto<br />

area”. I love playing different sports and traveling. I<br />

love to try different great food from all around the<br />

world. In future I would like to have few different<br />

restaurants in my home country. I like to spend time<br />

with my family and friends. I really like studying in<br />

her, but I’m planing to come back home for<br />

University, because I miss my family, friends and<br />

home so much. So, I’m making this cook book to<br />

show you how to make so great food, which I would<br />

recommend you to try.


INTRODUCTION TO<br />

SWEDEN<br />

• Sweden is monarchy country. Based<br />

in Europe. The population over 9<br />

millions people. Stockholm is a capital<br />

of Sweden. This country is very nice<br />

and big.<br />

• Jam – Sweden jam is famous around<br />

the world. They making it of different<br />

types barriers which are growing on<br />

Sweden land.


SWEDISH ROSENCOOKIE<br />

Ingredient:<br />

1 cup butter, softened<br />

1/2 cup white sugar<br />

2 cups sifted all-purpose flour<br />

1/2 cup any flavor fruit jam<br />

Time:<br />

To prepare everything 30 min.<br />

To cook 10m<br />

To be ready 50 min<br />

Steps:<br />

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (190 degrees C).<br />

2.Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy and add flour<br />

And put it into the inch balls. Add gam on top.<br />

3.Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown at the edges.


SWEDISH ROSENCOOKIE<br />

• I have tried this one when I was 10<br />

years old. I really enjoy the gam on<br />

top, it makes it very delicious. It was<br />

my favorite one for years…


INTRODUCTION TO<br />

RUSSIA<br />

Russia is the largest country in the world.<br />

Russia is a country with a huge world history.<br />

Russia was a part of big and strong Soviet Union from<br />

1922 to1991. After all, Russia was poor country with a lot<br />

of crime, but when Vladimir Putin came as a president,<br />

he changed everything and Russia become strong<br />

again. People In this country love grow food and eat<br />

natural products.<br />

natural. Some people in<br />

Russia have their own<br />

cow. The taste of the<br />

milk is different, it makes<br />

RUSSIAN BLINCHIKI<br />

Time:<br />

Prepare 10 min<br />

<strong>Cook</strong> 5 min<br />

Ready 15-20 min<br />

Steps:<br />

1.Take a bowl and put<br />

there milk, eggs, flouver,<br />

sugar, salt and olive oil.<br />

And mix it<br />

Ingredient:<br />

Milk -500ml<br />

Eggs -3<br />

Flouver – 280 g,<br />

Sugar ½ table spoon<br />

Salt half of the teaspoon<br />

Olive oil 3 table spoon<br />

Butter – after cooking<br />

2, Turn on a plate, put a<br />

pan on.Turn the plate on<br />

lvl 5 and wait 2 min.<br />

3. Put butter on it and<br />

wtart making your<br />

blinchiki for 1 min each,<br />

then put any toping on…


RUSSIAN BLINCHIKI<br />

• This is one of my favorite food with<br />

any types of it. I really liked it before<br />

with smetana, when my grandmother<br />

is making for me.


INTRODUCTION<br />

BELARUS<br />

Belarus before was a part of Soviet<br />

Union, but then it divided to separate<br />

country and became independent.<br />

Now Belarus is rich and it is a normal<br />

European country.<br />

Potato – Belarus is a country<br />

which grows the most amout<br />

of potatoes around the<br />

world.<br />

Onion- Belarus is a country<br />

which is top 3 countries that<br />

are growing onions.


BELARUS DRANIKI<br />

Ingredients:<br />

- 12 potatoes<br />

- 1 onion<br />

- oil<br />

- salt<br />

Time:<br />

Prepare – 10-15 min<br />

<strong>Cook</strong> – 10 min<br />

Ready 20-30 min<br />

Steps:<br />

1. Peel, wash and grate potatoes<br />

and the onion. Use a grater with<br />

small holes. Add salt and mix<br />

until a smooth even consistency<br />

is obtained.<br />

2. Heat the pan with vegetable oil.<br />

Put a tablespoon of mixture from<br />

the bowl onto the frying pan and<br />

form a small pancake. Flip over<br />

once browned and crispy -<br />

about 2 to 3 minutes each side.<br />

3. Serve hot with sour cream.


BELARUS DRANIKI<br />

I really like this one as well.<br />

My grandmother is cooking Draniki for me<br />

with smetana on top. This food is very<br />

delicious. When I was going back home from<br />

her, she was giving me draniki with me, so I<br />

could eat it at home. I really like those<br />

chieldish moments when all I needed it’s<br />

food and free time with friends outside.


INTRODUCTION TO<br />

GERMANY<br />

Germany is a strong European<br />

country. By last 50 years Germany<br />

really improved the economy system.<br />

Now everyone are consulting with<br />

Germany and respecting it around<br />

the world.<br />

Saussages –Germany is<br />

famous around the world by<br />

their saussages. They are<br />

using special meat to make<br />

it, which makes it unique.


GERMAN SCRAMBLED<br />

EGGS WITH SAUSAGES<br />

Steps:<br />

1. Take a bowl put here eggs, milk.<br />

2. Cut sausages in little pieces<br />

3. Put it on the heatten pan wilth a bit oil.<br />

4. Right after put sausages and cheese on.<br />

5. Serve hot after 5-7 minutes on midium.<br />

Time:<br />

Prepare – 5 mins<br />

<strong>Cook</strong> – 5 mins<br />

Ready – 10-15 mins<br />

Ingredients:<br />

Sausages – 3<br />

Eggs – 4<br />

Cheese – 150g<br />

Olive oil<br />

Milk – 100ml

EGGS WITH SAUSAGES<br />

When I was living in Ukraine, I was eatting this<br />

omlet every morning.<br />

My mom cooked it by different ways with<br />

different ingredients and I really loved it.


INTRODUCTION TO<br />

CANADA<br />

Canada is second biggest country in the world after<br />

Russian. Canada is multicultural country with different<br />

nationalities. In Canada there is no president, only<br />

Prime Minister and the Queen which is the queen<br />

Elizabeth of UK.<br />

Maple leaf syrop – Canada is<br />

famous by it’s maple syrop.<br />

Canada is number one of<br />

producing maple syrop. The<br />

most of it is producing in<br />

Quebec.


CANADIAN BANNOCK<br />

Steps:<br />

1.<br />

Put flour, salt, and baking<br />

powder into a large bowl,mix.<br />

Pour melted butter and water<br />

over flour mixture.<br />

2.<br />

Turn dough out on a lightly<br />

floured surface, and knead<br />

gently about 10 times<br />

3.<br />

<strong>Cook</strong> in a greased frying pan<br />

over medium heat, allowing<br />

about 15 minutes for each side.<br />

Use two lifters for easy turning.<br />

May also be baked on a<br />

greased baking sheet at 350<br />

degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25<br />

to 30 minutes.<br />

Ingredients:<br />

3 cups all-purpose flour<br />

1 teaspoon salt<br />

2 tablespoons baking powder<br />

1/4 cup butter, melted<br />

1/2 cups water<br />

Cup of maple leaf syrop<br />

Time:<br />

Prepare 10m<br />

Coock 20m<br />

Ready 30-40m


CANADIAN BANNOCK<br />

This bannock’s I really loved when I was in home.<br />

The way my grandmother making this for me is<br />

different<br />

That canadian type. A really loved to eat them<br />

with honey.<br />

There is my recipe, you will like it.


INTRODUCTION<br />

TO FRANCE<br />

France is also European country which<br />

is really important and famous by tourists.<br />

Also is has a huge history. People in<br />

France one of the most inteligent nation<br />

in the world.<br />

Cheese – France is a country which is making cheese<br />

for hundreds of years and it’s one of the best cheese<br />

making countries.


REAL FRENCH POUTINE<br />

Ingredients:<br />

1 quart vegetable oil for frying<br />

Bacon – 100g<br />

5 medium potatoes, cut into fries<br />

2 cups cheese curds<br />

Time:<br />

Prepare – 10m<br />

<strong>Cook</strong> - 20m<br />

Ready - 30m<br />

1) Heat oil in a deep fryer to 185 degrees C. While the<br />

oil is heating, you can begin to warm your gravy.<br />

2) Place the fries into the hot oil, and cook until light<br />

brown, about 5 minutes. Put on a paper towle.<br />

3) Place the fries on a serving platter, and sprinkle<br />

the cheese over them. Ladle gravy over the fries and<br />

cheese, and serve right after.


REAL FRENCH POUTINE<br />

First time I tried this food in Canada in 2014<br />

summer.<br />

I really liked ot, because I like all ingredients in it.<br />

Then, I went to Paris for one week and I tried it<br />

there.<br />

I really enjoyed it and I recommend you to cook it<br />

yourself<br />

And try it.


INTRODUCTION<br />

TO ITALY<br />

Italy is a part of Europe right now. It’s a rich<br />

country and is famous by it’s food, culture<br />

and art history. There many famous<br />

people which were born in Italy. Now Italy<br />

is one of the most visited countries by<br />

tourists.<br />

Cheese – France it’s known for their long history of making<br />

cheese. They have different types of it which were firstly<br />

made if Italy.


ITALIAN PASTA<br />

Steps:<br />

1) Get a pan and put there water and boil it on a hight<br />

temperatue<br />

2) After water is boiled put there pasta and boil it until<br />

it’s cooked<br />

3) After pasta is ready, put it on a bowl and add salt, a<br />

10ml of olive oil. Then cut the tomatoes and meant<br />

and mix it up.<br />

4) Cat cheese in small pieces and pit it on top and serve<br />

hot.<br />

Ingredients:<br />

Pasta – 500g<br />

Cheese 200g<br />

Tomato chery -100g<br />

Meant – 30g<br />

Olive oil<br />

Salt ½ teaspoon<br />

Time:<br />

Prepare – 15 min<br />

<strong>Cook</strong> 20 min<br />

Ready 40 - 50 min


ITALEAN PASTA<br />

This food is very nice, when I was young<br />

I really loved it with cheese on top. It<br />

was one of my favorite food.
