CREATIVE FLOWERS ON A BUDGET
No fee reduction available
This course will give you an introduction to create affordable floral displays. You will be given ideas and inspiration to create a range
of displays and arrangements using widely available affordable resources and flowers in season. You will have the opportunity to be
creative in a relaxed and friendly environment to be able to create your arrangements.
Please note, you will be expected to purchase your own flowers each week, with the exception of week one where they will be
provided.
You also need to purchase floristry equipment such as scissors, tape and foam, all of which are available from College.

AT THE CAR WASH
In April, Floristry students competed at the
prestigious Harrogate Spring Flower Show in
the College Category with the theme ‘Floral
Bonnets’. The students put a spin on the theme
and created a scene of a car going through a
car wash. They used a myriad of flowers in an
excellent arrangement and came away with a
Silver award, as well as Gold, Silver and Bronze
awards in the individual categories.
