The 269th monthly meeting of the Karayogam was
conducted on Saturday, May 13, 2017, at its office premises.
Sri MKS Nair, the President of the Karayogam, presided
over the meeting. The meeting mainly discussed about the
conduct of Annual Family Get-together-2017.
Annual General Body Meeting: The 21st Annual General
Body Meeting of the Karayogam will be conducted on
Sunday, July 9, 2017 at the Karayogam office. All the
members are requested to attend the AGM without fail.
Individual meeting notices will be issued to all the life
members shortly.
AGT-2017: It is, now, official. The Annual Family Gettogether
and Onam Celebrations-2017, on the occasion of
the 21st anniversary of the Karayogam, will be conducted
at the Cooperative Community Hall, Padmanabhanagar,
Bengaluru, on Sunday, October 8, 2017 with all pomp and
pageant. The organizing committee and all the office bearers
and executive committee members of the Karayogam are in
full swing for the conduct of the AGT-2017 in a befitting
manner.
Souvenir: To commemorate the AGT-2017 and also
for raising funds for the conduct of the programme, the
Karayogam has decided to publish an alluring and attractive
souvenir. The souvenir will consist of interesting articles
and various informative matters for the benefit of the
members of the Karayogam. All the members and wellwishers
of the Karayogam are requested to contribute by
way of inserting advertisements in the proposed souvenir.

President’s Relief Fund: It may be recalled here that with
a view to help the economically weaker sections amongst
the community people, the Karayogam has constituted
a fund christened as President’s Relief Fund. Already,
several members have contributed to the fund. During
this month, Sri Ananthakrishnan, member co-opted, has
contributed a sum of Rs 500/- towards the Presidents Relief
Fund, in commemoration of his wedding anniversary.
The Karayogam appreciates the good gesture on his part.
Members are requested to donate to the relief fund in
remembrance of happy occasions in their families such as
birthday, wedding, wedding anniversary etc.

Dooravani Nagar
The monthly Executive Committee meeting was held
at 4.30pm on 7.5.17 at our office. After the prayer
& Acharyavandanam and condolence, President Sri.
Sreekantan Nair welcomed the members. Secretary Sri.
Sethumadhavan C.K. presented the minutes of March and
April 2017 and Smt.Subhadra Devi, Treasurer presented the
a/cs of Feb & March 2017 which were passed.
New memberships: The applications for membership of the
following were approved:- 1) Sri.Vinod Kumar K.K. 2) Smt.
Lata Srikumar. Smt. Latha’s membership was sponsored
by our E.C member Sri. Sasikumar V and the subscription
for KNSS News Bulletin for 1 year was sponsored by E C
member Sri. Balakrishna Pillai N V.
Helpline: Committee approved the selection of Jt.Sec.
Radhakrishnan N P to the Help line and also as the
committee representative to attend marriages and deaths
in Karayogam.
AGM: It was decided to conduct the AGM on 25th June
2017.
Youth wing: Karayogam EC will guide and superwise the
